Electronic | No Limits – Timeless Into The Night
Posted by Mel on July 2, 2014
There are few things as impressive as somebody driving an entry-level BMW, but No Limits certainly is. I even went as far as comparing them to Algeria, Africa’s largest country when I posted their prior release, “Another World”, a couple weeks ago. “Timeless Into The Night”, their follow up to that is vaguely similar in style, but has a more chilled out vibe to it. Amazing work done by the boys once again on this one.

Dubstep, Glitch, Trap | CloZee – Falcon EP
Posted by BP on June 18, 2014
This EP is too cool to pass up. CloZee is always kilin’ it with glitch madness, and “Falcon” is nothing short of awesome. This track has a bit more of a dub feel to it than I’m used to from CloZee, but it came out awesome. The saucy melody is unbeatable, and the progression from slower dub into a glitch breakdown is clearly a display of CloZee’s skills. This EP also includes a bonus trap remix from Dropout Marsh that is also top notch work. Dropout Marsh’s version of “Falcon” is nostalgic and full of melancholy vibes. This EP is free to grab right off the player, so show your support and download!
Dubstep | Band of Horses – The Funeral (Echos Remix)
Posted by BP on June 18, 2014
I know there’s a remix or 700 of this song out there, but this one is pretty swell, trust me. Echos remix of “The Funeral” by Band of Horses keeps the vocals in tact, and beautiful might I add, while adding a melodic dubstep style to it. Heavenly chords guide listeners through the bridges into faster paced growls and drums. The progression and melody of this track are unreal. Echos is showing us some awesome work here and I can’t wait to hear more. Grab this one for free.

Electronic | Tears For Fears – Everybody Wants To Rule The World (Just A Gent Remix)
Posted by BP on June 11, 2014
I think it’s time I post something really fun. Here is Just A Gent’s bouncy remix of “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” by Tears For Fears. I’m hesitant to put it under dubstep, so I’ll just leave it in electronic and you can decide on the genre for yourselves. Aside from that sweet cover art (wow!), this track is party ready. The melody easily swings through upbeat drops and synth work. This is a track that just makes you want to get up and dance. Just A Gent revamped this 80’s dance tune into a modern masterpiece. You can grab it for free below.

Progressive House | IVY & GOLD – Not Had Enough (Lonczinski Remix)

I have not been the greatest of supporters for Lonczinski in the past but even I, a dedicated Skrillex fan am able to recognize the quality in his latest track. He remixed Ivy & Gold’s “Not Had Enough” and it is one of his best pieces of work.

Hip-Hop | Sammy Adams – You & Me
Posted by BIGLIFE on May 6, 2014
“Dues yeah I’m paid up / dudes need to wake up.”
Returning to what made him great, Sammy goes in over Disclosure’s mega “You & Me” smash that’s reminiscent of his earliest work. Rapping, “Wizzy back, had a chance I’m yelling give me that, I can feel the summer approaching while you still skinny fat” Sammy floats effortlessly over the track with hungry bars and lyrical wit. Some might stipulate that Sammy Adams is officially back. I’d argue he never left. Sammy Adams. You & Me. Fire flames. Hat tip to the incomparable Val Pensa at RCA.
