Remix after remix, The Robot Dentist has been consistently releasing quality records. This remix of Owl City’ “Shooting Star” is no different. You can expect a bass line that makes your teeth cringe, in a good way obviously, and synths that’ll make your ears feel some kind of sensation. Any time the Dentist releases new music I find myself listening to it on repeat, and this one is no different. It had been a minute since I listened to anything from Owl City, but his vocals blend perfectly over this remix, I’m a fan. This is a must listen and a must download.

Chill | FÜCHSE – Sacellum

Here’s another record that’ll have you feeling some kind of way and deserves your attention, “Sacellum” by British producer Fusche. The laid back electric guitar that kicks in around 1:29 might be what sells me on this record, kind of reminds me of a guitar line off of an old Michael Jackson tune. If you’re looking for ambient music to get you to the weekend, while you’re struggling with your hangover this one’s for you! This is a must listen and support by copping this record!

Pop, Videos | Jon Bellion – The Making Of ‘One More Time’

Jon Bellion’s creative process begins hours, day, weeks, maybe even months before he opens the doors and enters the studio. It begins as a concept and once Jon enters his element, the creative thoughts and sounds stack like Lego’s. Drums, one of a kind sounds Jon lets loose on the spot, & whatever other tricks he has up his sleeve on that given day – they all fill into each record. For those of you that saw & heard “One More Time” when Jon released it a few weeks back know the seductive story that inspired it all. What daddy don’t know, doesn’t hurt daddy, right? If you missed it or you want to watch it one more time, you can do so here.
Album due out before we hit 2014! Hit the break and see if you can find Bellion’s name in the MMLP2 album insert!
Chill | The 1975 – Pressure (FFFRRANNNO’s Birthday Sex Remix)

New Zealand producer FFFRRANNNO released this record a month ago, and I almost want to apologize for not supporting this remix earlier, and not wishing him a happy birthday then. The Kiwi remixed The 1975’s track “Pressure” by chopping up the vocals and layering them over a bumping beat lead by an epic electric guitar. Moral of the story, if you’re trying to feel some kind of way and get lost in the music, this is the tune for you. This is a must listen!
Electronic | LIZ – U Over Them (Peking Duk & CRNKN Remix)
Posted by mimada on October 26, 2013
Currently v obsessed with Mad Decent’s own LIZ. This remix is of her track “U Over Them” by Peking Duk and CRNKN (that’s pronounced “crankin'”) is just a really great jam. Short and sweet today – this is kind of a mix of a whole buncha different styles but it’s got an overall great vibe so indulge and enjoy.

Interviews | FreshNewTracks Sits Down With….PropaneLv

Portland’s PropaneLv is on the rise. His “Varsity Blues” project has taken the blogosphere by storm, and he’s on a meteoric rise. We sat down with the budding hip-hop sensation to talk “Varsity Blues”, money, and who his four wives would be if he were a polygamist.
1. Who is PropaneLv?
I think he’s still just a guy trying to find his path in life. I’ve always felt a little off and I still can’t escape that feeling. When making music I feel at home, but everything outside of that still hasn’t come together for me.
Bass, Electronic, Playlists | What I’m Listening To
Posted by W8 on October 23, 2013
There’s a certain kind of legitimacy that comes with a statement like ”What I’m Listening To” that I think resonates the deepest. The ever so relatable truth of stocking a device with tracks only to replay a few, while constantly skipping over the rest like a nuisance. So here I thought it would make the most coherent sense to gather all the tracks I’m listening to lately, and present them all in one place.
