Produced by Bux, Tum Tum delivers a powerful punch over the menacing 808 that’s sure to have the suburbs and trap nodding their heads in unison. Hip-Hop | Sol – Be Good or Be Careful
Posted by J_Salzer on May 22, 2012
“And music never dies, it just evolves, grows into something bigger than us, bigger than life, a gift from the gods.”
Sol dropped this new track off yesterday, and although I’m a day late posting because of finals, it’s something you all need to hear. We’re used to a more laid back, chill style of rapping from the Seattle native, but he changes pace on this, taking on a simple, repetitive beat, and destroying it with smooth, SOLful, well thought out verses. Sol is going on an Earlesque(#OFWGKTA) epic international journey, check it out here. Hopefully Sol comes back better than ever, and after hearing his last release, I have no doubts he will.

The Dean’s List released this video for “The Dream” off their 2011 mixtape, The Drive-In, earlier this week. Setting scene on the road and sharing some footage from their recent journey on tour, Sonny takes it into the vacant wilderness to recite these powerful lyrics. FTS creative have been making some very impressive videos lately and are honestly giving Rex Arrow a run for his money. The Dean’s List have been releasing visuals for new tracks as well as singles off The Drive-In for several months now, but expect an announcement for their next project, Generation X, coming very soon.

After a quick introduction to the blogosphere, Jay Fresh is back with the highly anticipated visuals to his “Otis” remix which dropped here a few days ago. For a rapper that’s 19 years old, he seems to really have an artistic maturity that places him above the rest. I’m looking forward to more “freshness” as he continues to drops solid tracks on the blog world. Be sure to follow Jay on his journey via Facebook and Twitter, as he represents Dallas while taking the blogosphere by storm. Shout out to El Magico, Jay’s manager, for exclusively sending this over last night.

Hip-Hop, Videos | Paul Markham- Make The World Sing
Posted by GMONEY on August 21, 2011
I can’t lie, I’ve been waiting patiently for Paul’s musical return. Although it seems like he’s been on an artistic hiatus, Paul’s been hard at work on his upcoming “Progression Of Paul” mixtape dropping in the Fall. To hold us over until then, he dropped a track that may or may not make the project which is said to be all original production. Be sure to follow Paul on his journey via Facebook and Twitter.
