House | ID – Rumors (Original Mix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 30, 2014
As much as we like to poke fun at Spinnin’ Records, they’re putting out some damn good tunes right now. Earlier this week, Oliver Heldens tweeted about “Rumors” to be released on Spinnin’ Records that’s pitched down vocals future house greatness. This isn’t the first time the track has been featured, as it was played on Oliver Helden’s latest “Heldeep Radio” episode. Who could the track be produced by? I have my guesses, however, I’ll wait until Spinnin’ Records reveals the track.
I wouldn’t want to start any rumors. See what I did there?
House | Jessie J ft. 2 Chainz – Burnin’ Up (Don Diablo Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 22, 2014

I despise major label contracted remixes. There’s something about knowing that an out of touch person at a label grasping for relevancy reaches out to notable (actually cool) producers to remix their mindless top 40 radio smash. Just doesn’t sit well. That said, I’m a forgiving blogger and can read between the lines. Earlier this month Don Diablo dropped his “Burnin’ Up” remix via Casablanca Records. It was featured this morning on Oliver Heldens latest “Heldeep Radio” episode, and rightfully so.
This “Burnin’ Up” remix is indeed fire. Hats off to Don Diablo for bringing the heat.
Deep House | Julio Bashmore f. J’Danna – Rhythm Of Auld
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 11, 2014

This is a very under-appreciated track. Featured on The Magician’s “Magic Tape 46” Julio Bashmore’s latest offering titled “Rythm of Auld” makes use J’Danna’s exceptional vocals to create a time capsule of a track that transports you to the feeling of being in an underground 70’s disco at 3:00 in the morning. Put on your bell bottoms and platform shoes, Julio Bashmore’s new single will take you there. Be on the look out for Julio’s album coming next February. Shout out to Broadwalk Records. Big Life out.
House | Tube & Berger – Set It Off (Kryder Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 1, 2014

Tube and Berger’s “Set If Off” is an essential tune. Premiered on BBC Radio 1, Kryder’s future house remix (that so happens to be featured on Oliver Heldens new “Heldeep Radio Vol. 22“) is exceptional. If I were a DJ (I’m not) I would put this in my set immediately. It’s that good. Hats off to Kryder. He has a special remix on his hands. No release date just yet. Stay tuned to this space for more.
