Big ups to Gabe for sending me this track because I was completely caught off guard when I saw the title. We all listened to this track back in the day, but now we can come out of secrecy when we do. While the original vocals are still intact, the drop will blow you away so be warned. The Frim is a producer who has been flying under the radar, but has had his tracks noticed and played by some of the big names today. Bassnectar used to drop one of his well known remixes, Minnesota- Bass Power(The Frim remix), about a year back that you can see HERE near the end of the video. Thats saying something, and not too long ago Skream and Benga said one of their favorite tracks at the time was an original by The Frim entitled High Technology Dub 6.

Timeflies are flyin high after their national television debut this weekend at the conclusion of the Wisconsin/Michigan St. Big 10 title game. Tayyib has been fairly quiet over the past couple months while his last mixtape, Keystone State Of Mind, is still finding its way to new sets of speakers. While we have no definitive answer for when Tay’s next project will be released or what it will be called, we do know this is the last work off KSOM and another mixtape is on its way in the near future. With KSOM nearly surpassing 40,000 downloads on Datpiff alone, Tayyib decided to put together visuals for one of the best songs off the project. “Yesterday”, produced by Vokab is more of a reflective song for the young price of Philly who has skated his way into the limelight among up and comers. The video itself was shot by Matthew Pitkoff who brought the camera’s back to the skate park to capture Tayyib sharing his adverse story. There have been quite a few mashups of calling, since its epic release. As the anthem of many festivals and even concerts such as Avicii and Tiesto, this beat is not an easy mash. Not only is the name of it creative, but out of all the acapellas to cover calling, “Just Dance” sounds great! Big ups to DOSVEC for creating one of the better mashes of “Calling.”

Supergroup/your favorite group, Swedish House Mafia, has been previewing this little gem during their live sets recently. Finally, this four minute version leaked, which is no where near comparable to the 9 minute version they debuted with Pete Tong…but it’ll suffice for now.
