Trance warrior rejoice, because Falcon just brought forward what I deem as the best remix of “Sea of Voices” for 2014. The original was game-changing in itself and yet, Falcon found a way to integrate his artful epic progressions and created a timeless mainstage anthem. It’s already received ASOT support from the legendary Armin Van Buuren and Future Sound of Egypt head honcho’s Aly & Fila, so expect this tune to dominate the airwaves at a trance event near you. Falcon doesn’t take away from the underlying melody but adds his own touch of uplifting synths, carrying you away and communicating in trance a certainty of purpose. I truly have fallen in love this one.

I despise major label contracted remixes. There’s something about knowing that an out of touch person at a label grasping for relevancy reaches out to notable (actually cool) producers to remix their mindless top 40 radio smash. Just doesn’t sit well. That said, I’m a forgiving blogger and can read between the lines. Earlier this month Don Diablo dropped his “Burnin’ Up” remix via Casablanca Records. It was featured this morning on Oliver Heldens latest “Heldeep Radio” episode, and rightfully so.
This “Burnin’ Up” remix is indeed fire. Hats off to Don Diablo for bringing the heat.

I’ve had the opportunity to witness Matt Zanardo live in action and I have to say, his productions are a testament to the types of parties he maintains on a consistent basis. Hailing from the jungles of Toronto, Canada, he’s recently blessed the HYSTERIA! and Dim Mak labels with some heavy releases and “Keep It Funky” is nothing less. Danish disco, synth-pop trio Audio District have released the full EP for their new single “Reach For The Sky”. Adventure Club’s track “Gold ft. Yuna” has been remixed a zillion times by now, but I liked this trap spin on it. It’s been a while since I’ve heard anyone touch this song. Candyland & Revoke gave it a different energy with chill trap beats, and a higher pitched melody to make it unique. I feel like the song tells a new story with this emotional flip. These two are always pumpin’ out trap bangers, and this remix was not a disappointment. Grab it for free if it’s your style!
