Australian producer Taka Perry just released “Slow” and it’s a must listen. Featuring the vocals of Jordi Davis, “Slow” contains hauntingly beautiful vocals, a catchy melody, and brilliant synth work – creating something that is a must add to your summer playlists. From the artist himself, “”Slow” is about delusions, fantasies, and figments of imagination. I think of it as a love song with a dark, deranged twist. It’s about not being able to find what you’re looking for, so instead creating a fictional version of it.” Smooth beats, glitchy synths, and those silky-smooth vocals set the scene for Taka Perry’s debut EP, as he builds anticipation for whats coming next. Electronic | “Catching On” by Elephante is a must listen

Elephante just dropped a brand new original called “Catching On”, featuring the lovely vocals of Nevve. This is slightly different from what we’re used to hearing from Tim Wu, but it’s still as ear pleasing and dance floor worthy as anything else he’s put out. This is truly what separates the good from the great – the ability to change it up song after song while still remaining consistent in quality (if not bettering it). Elephante says that “this song started on a rainy day in LA… it was all gray outside and i just started messing around until this “wuub wub wuub wub wubwubwubwubwub” thing appeared in my head… i didn’t think much of it at first, but it turned into one of my favorite tracks i’ve ever made.” Definitely check out “Catching On” now, and don’t be surprised when you fall in love with it!

Progressive House | Ingenia’s “Horizon” Is Something The World Needs Right Now

Posted by on July 11, 2016

“Horizon” has one of the more unique and hospitable stories the world really needs right now. Duo Ingenia have paired up with Robin Vane which not only bred a dope house sound that will soften your heart, but also speaks a message that few could experience: The ups and downs Robin Vane had as he dealt with young abused victims through the company Thrive World.

For Ingenia, this will be their last song before they go their separate ways. A sad moment, but one that will only bring more success for Jordi and Wouter in the future.

Aaron: Listening to Tchami, some newer Vato Gonzalez, Flume, Friend Within, and some older Chainsmokers tracks were probably my biggest influences for ideas and how I wanted to make this particular song sound.

Who would you love to work with?
Aaron: I’d love to work with anyone mentioned above, Illenium, NGHTMRE, Yntendo, Jauz, Tom Budin, or Loge21. Any of them would pretty much be life made!
