To keep their fire ablaze heading into 2017, the four-piece group taps Swedish producer Anders Young to give the EPs lead single, “Waterfalls,” a melodic remix. Refurbishing the original arrangement with electronic-based components and complementing the lead singers vocal with a irresistible melody, the rising talent gives The Wldlfe’s indie-leaning aesthetic a modern, dance renovation that will help the track appeal to entirely new crowd. Taylor Wise takes on Grouplove’s “Welcome To Your Life” and the result is stunning! His take on this is perfect, leaving the original vocals intact and creating a new uptempo progressive melody that blends seamlessly with Grouplove’s sound – continuing the “feel good” vibe that Taylor’s tracks have been spreading as of late. This young producer is breaking the stereotype of the laptop producer using live guitars, drums, and other instruments in his remixes – and the effort definitely makes a world of difference.
