Hip-Hop | Dally Auston – Westside EP
Posted by Hamtaro on February 3, 2014
Dally Auston released his West Side EP a few days back and it has us really excited for his next project Roses. The Savemoney artist has 9 songs on this EP and it is nice to hear new material from him after hearing singles like Gatsby and W$GTM. Look for Roses later this year.
Hip-Hop, Rap | Vonny Del Fresco – After The Fall (EP)
Posted by admin on January 30, 2014

It’s been a little while since I introduced you to the Milwaukee emcee, Vonny Del Fresco, and his anti-materialism anthem “Noir Designer”. Lucky for you, “Noir Designer” was just a single off of Vonny’s newest five-track EP, After The Fall. The project fills any room with its deep, hollowed out drums and distorted vocals, reminiscent of Yeezus.
The entire project is highly enjoyable, filled with not only sonically pleasing music, but also socially conscious content matter. Del Fresco’s unique perspective and life vision make for an unmatched listening experience that will have you anxiously awaiting the next twist or turn that it takes.
Hit play on my personal favorite “YNWD”, or set aside 18 minutes and 31 seconds to truly get an idea of who Vonny Del Fresco is as an artist, and the bright 2014 that I’m certain will be upon him.

Mark your calendars people, it shouldn’t disappoint.
Albums, Alternative, Hip-Hop | Aer – Aer [Album]
Posted by Grubeats on January 22, 2014
Sitting pretty at the number 5 spot on iTunes top 10 album list, Aer’s self titled album might be taking noobs by storm, but it’s exactly what their loyal fan base has been anticipating. Covering all the bases, the 12-track project is diverse enough to fulfill multiple moods, but stays within the walls of Aer’s self constructed genre. Attributing their success to their organic word-of-mouth FAMily, David and Carter did spend a fair amount of time writing and recording in LA, but finished the album up in their hometown studio…David’s bedroom.
“In the hills or the valley, and were far from the finale, I want this so badly, no I won’t let go.”
Aside from their previously released singles (“Won’t Laugh”, “Spades, Clubs, & Diamonds”, and “Says She Loves Me”), my immediate favorites are “Pretty Lady”, “Stars” and “Movin’ It”. Recline, kick up your feet and enjoy this project while you support the dudes on iTunes.

Hip-Hop, Rap | OnCue – Leftovers 2
Posted by admin on November 29, 2013
What better suited title for the day after Thanksgiving than Leftovers 2? I’ll answer that for you: none. There are no better titles than Leftovers 2. To tide us over until his full length project, OnCue decided last minute to drop the sequel to his original Leftovers series.
The tape is full of the conviction that Cuey has become so well known for in addition to a few lighter-spirited tracks like “Nude”. Features included a few familiar names including Sonny Shotz, Ro Ransom, Skizzy Mars and The Kickdrums and the talented production team was headed by in-house favorite, CJ Luzi.
I’ll surely be bumping this project for the remainder of 2013 and I recommend you all hit the download and do the same. Toss OnCue a follow on Twitter if you’re feeling the tunes!

House | Justin Caruso & Aude ft Christina Novelli – Satellite (Original Mix)

Wait what? This is the kids first single…ever? AND he teamed up with the legendary Dave Audé (produced for everyone from U2 to Brittney Spears) for this project? All we could find on him is that he’s another youngin at just 18 years old who’s about to absolutely destroy the electronic game if the rest of his releases are on par with this one. Wow.
