Mainstream Remix | Ayah Marar – Beg Borrow Steal (Pa_triot Remix)
Posted by VMan on November 12, 2013
A couple weeks back I introduced ya’ll to Pa_triot with his remix of Tiesto’s “Take Me,” and this week, he remixed one of my favorite songs of 2013 “Beg Borrow Steal” by the phenomenal Ayah Marar, and turned it into a festival anthem! The original track by Ayah is already epic, with huge vocals, and Pa_triot felt the need to take it up a notch, and making this track fit for the stadiums! This is a must listen and a must download!

Devin Miles is back with a new release “Slickback,” and this might be my favorite production from the Pittsburgh MC produced byAndrew Lloyd, that bass is just too funky. There’s no doubt this record is title “Slickback,” Devin flows slick, and stays cool with the bars, spitting vanity all while staying grounded over a subtle jazzy beat. I dig it, dope record, this is a must listen!
Pop | 2AM Club – Evidence
Posted by Mach on November 5, 2013
Mmm mmm mmm, now this is the Pop that I can get my ear wet with. First time I heard 2AM Club it was one of their Hip-Hop remixes and I couldn’t get enough of them. Today they release their newest single on iTunes, “Evidence”, and I have an incredible feeling about this song and how the rest of the world will take it. Members Marc, Tyler, Matt, Dave, and Sauce are quite the team, I get a slight Gym Class Heroes vibe from them. The acoustic guitar with the hook is my favorite part of this, don’t think I will be able to get this song out of my head for a long time. If this isn’t a hit, I’ve lost my touch.

Chill, Electronic | Just A Gent – Dusty

This was a very hard to categorize track, but none the less very cool. “Dusty” by Just A Gent is out on Die High Records, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite labels. It’s got a unique ambient background with some crazy beats. Overall this is very chill song, a diamond in the rough. Just A Gent is sixteen year old named Jacob Grant from Newcastle, Australia. I was honestly shocked to see his age, because this track is so classy. He’s grabbed my attention for sure. Download this track for free on Bandcamp!

Progressive House | Ayah Marar – Beg Borrow Steal (Robot Dentist Remix)
Posted by VMan on October 22, 2013
Robot Dentist is one of my favorite producers at the moment, his Ellie Goulding remix of “Burn” has been making its round in the blogosphere, and with no time wasted, him and his team just released a progressive house official remix of Ayah Marar’s “Beg Borrow Steal” and it sounds amazing. From the melodious piano build layered over Ayah Marar’s epic vocals, to the anticipation before the drop, this record has it all. I’ve been blasting it all morning, this is a MUST LISTEN, and a MUST DOWNLOAD!
