Trap | Let Element Take You Into New “Dimensions”
Posted by VMan on October 2, 2016
“Dimensions” reminded me of something made by Wheathan, one of my favorite rising stars in the electronic field. But on that same note, Element clearly deserves some recognition as well. The gnarly dark trap vibes ooze through your speakers on this one through the piano stabs, booming bass and generally cinematic instrumentation crafted by the New York producer. Right on time for Halloween, Element drops a twisted banger to rage to in a couple of weeks (or this weekend), enjoy!
Chill, Electronic | Element Shows Us His Best Work Yet On “Closer”
Posted by VMan on June 16, 2016
According to the press release I received, “Closer” by Element is how the up and coming artist deserved to deal with a recent passing of a close friend/family member of his, and while that is horrible news these emotions tend to bring out the best out of musicians and that’s exactly what happen on this song. Element has been on a roll lately when it comes to releasing quality music, and his latest is another hit to add to that list. The relaxing synths layered together next to the booming percussion heavy drumline is a beautiful combination, and once the drop comes in and the piano and brass come into play the song moves up a level in my book. Check out “Closer” above now!

A heavy Future bass production style comes into play once the drop finally kicks in and it’s a major in your face delivery that will have you hyped up, guaranteed. Keep this dude on your radar and listen to his latest release above now, Enjoy!
Electronic, Future Trap | Let Element and Jack Forster Take You On Their “Daydream”
Posted by VMan on December 1, 2015
Very dreamy stuff right here! The Element produced future bass instrumental is the perfect platform for Jack Forster to rap / sing over with his melting pot sound of a major hip hop and R&b influence. The NYC artist hasn’t made too big of a name for himself yet, but if Element keeps making bangers like this one he’ll be at the top soon enough! Check out “Daydream” above now.

Element
Noun
1. a component or constituent of a whole or one of the parts into which awhole may be resolved by analysis
When deciding to go by Element versus his given name, Gabriel Thompson must have had to take this entry in the dictionary into consideration. The talented and surging director out of Los Angeles has delivered a magnificent piece of art inspired by an artist of a different kind, The Weeknd. When one feels inspired to do something for no reason other than just to create art, that is art; and that is what Element has delivered to us with his ‘Wolf Concept’. Dark, mysterious, sexy, intense are just a few of the many adjectives the cross my cranium as I watch the plot unfold with the elegant star of the concept, Dakota Skye.
