Cover, Electro | Hardwell & Collin McLoughlin – Call Me a Spaceman (Unplugged Version)
Posted by GMONEY on October 25, 2012
A month ago, Hardwell asked his fans to submit an acoustic version of his hit single, Spaceman, for the chance to have it featured in his Electric Zoo aftermovie. Today, Hardwell, who was recently named the #6 DJ in the world by DJ Mag Top 100, announced that the winner of his Spaceman competition is our very own Collin McLoughlin. In addition to being featured on his EZoo recap video, Hardwell released the song yesterday on iTunes as the official unplugged version of Spaceman.

Events, Trap | JMSN – Girl (I Used To Know) [MiMOSA Remix]
Posted by Mach on August 23, 2012
Most current Trap is terrible, just because you have never heard of Trap before its recent explosion doesn’t mean you should try to create it. Everyone who has or is planning to create a Trap track please listen to this and take notes. MiMOSA has created the perfect example of good Trap. The beat isn’t Moombahton repetitive, as most recent Trap is, and better reflects its Hip-hop counterpart. The remix is exceptional, JMSN remixes are always an interesting listen for the versatility the vocals hold. MiMOSA gives Trap a good name, if the genre has any chance of survival at this point, his example is the one to follow. Also check out MiMOSA on his Future Trill tour this fall, going from september all the way until the end of November. Tickets on sale soon. Dates after the jump.
House | John de Sohn Ft. Andreas Moe – Long Time (The Two Friends Remix)
Posted by Mach on August 14, 2012
The Two Friends, Matt and Eli thought this was an amazing, underrated orignal from John de Sohn. I took a chance in listening to the original and I can see why they wanted to remix this so badly. The vocals set a truly incredible mood not just by the content but the emotion expressed by tone. A remix of the track would have to properly reflect that again, and The Two Friends did just that. The two stated that they did not just want to do a normal House remix and branched out by incorporating an acoustic guitar with a less than usual arrangement. The final outcome is one of the best House remixes you will hear this Summer.

Hip-Hop, Rap | Chance the Rapper – Bout A Dolla (ft. Chuck Inglish, Chip tha Ripper, and Twista) + Living in Vain
Posted by J_Salzer on August 7, 2012
Probably the longest title I’ve ever written. But that’s good for you guys, because it means you get TWO new Chance the Rapper tunes. Chance has been on fire lately, and has graciously dropped these two gems off to please his loyal followers. The first track, has 3 features from rapper’s who can all kill a track equally. But Chance shines and makes the track his bitch(am I allowed to say that?). Although, Twista’s verse(final verse) was incredible by any standards, the fact that he had to follow Chance made it tough for him to win my praise. The second track has a slower, more gospely feel. The beautiful crooing is done by Lorine Chia, and will be featured on her upcoming album. Grab both of the tracks for free below and make sure you follow Chance on twitter and like his facebook page
