Remix | This “Bodak Yellow” Remix Is Actually Good
Posted by Matt Keene on October 10, 2017
Producers and DJ’s love to remix popular tracks. Especially tracks that are number one on the Billboard charts. Usually, it’s a first to market game from a marketing perspective. They release the single and hope to capture all the fans of the original song searching for the record. While this remix from Ponzoo came late, it’s a good one worthy of coverage. Breathing new life into perhaps the biggest hip-hop track of the summer, the Las Vegas producer pulls out all the stops making the track worthy of spinning in nightclubs far and wide. Be on the lookout for more Ponzoo soon.

Remix, Videos | VenessaMichaels Teases Upcoming Remix EP With Music Video
Posted by VMan on June 28, 2017
I don’t know the last time I saw a music video for a remix, but they should be made more often if they come out as good as VenessaMichaels’ did. The LA beauty is one of the area’s most unique songsters, pushing her own brand of dance music that has swayed audiences since her very first release. She’s geared up for a huge remix EP, complete with remixes of urban hits from her past. One of those is “Get Busy” by Sean Paul. Instead of simply remixing it, she did that and put together a booty-filled music video that is 100% fun. Check out the video today and make sure to grab the free download of the track from Soundcloud!
Bass, Remix | Indiginis Comes Back Strong On Adventure Club Remix
Posted by VMan on June 26, 2017
SONDAR’s vocals are so gorgeous, they may just be my favorite new duo on the scene. Today, I present to you a future bass remix of their collaboration with Adventure Club (entitled “Breathe”) via D.C. group Indiginis, and it is magical. Somewhat residence of a 90’s pop song thanks to the piano lead, this one’s got some nostalgic vibes to it and I am not mad at it. Indiginis have been on a role lately with official remix, and this one is crazy sick.

The King Kendrick Lamar is one of music’s biggest icons. His new album and specifically the single “Humble” are larger than life. It takes a special producer to try and take on remixing such a project, but that’s just what the talented VenessaMichaels did. Her iconic sound has her regarded as one of the best producers doing their own thing. Her “Humble” remix exemplifies this sound, a mix of hip-hop/trap with just enough jersey club vibes to get the party going strong. Not only does she deliver a top quality remix, but she released it for free for her fans and DJs to enjoy, who surely will play this one out during the many upcoming festivals.
