Electro-House, House, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy Drop Gwen Stefani Remix After EDC Debut

Posted by on May 28, 2018

It’s not often an act gets to do their debut set at EDC Las Vegas, but that was just the case for the Birthdayy Partyy twins. Of the many tracks they dropped their, a certain remix really popped off. That was “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani, re-imagined by the brothers. Their bass-driven house take on the 2004 classic is another piece of evidence why mainstream artists need to tap these guys for official remixes. They’ve already released major flips of Lil Jon, Justin Timberlake, P!NK and more with each being top quality. Like what you hear? Check out their full discography as soon as possible!

Future Trap, Remix | Teddy Rose Nails Sunkissed-Dance Vibe With Recent Nostalgic Remixes

Posted by on May 8, 2018

Calfiornia’s sunkissed element has always found a medium to constantly stay relevant and genuine decade after decade within music. It’s safe to say that Teddy Rose has played a role in continuing the spread of this vibe. From his dance-pop infused remixes that seriously get his club-after movie’s rocking, to his rigid, confident look that snaps into fan engagement mode the moment his feet hit the stage. Teddy Rose has been around the block, a gradual rise that is now cementing into a fluent fan-base.

“Sex On Fire” and “Move Along” are recent highlights in the equation for Rose, adding terrifically uplifting vibes aside familiar lyrics and melodies. Yet, his discography hosts a wide array of well-marketed edits – a core component to the Teddy Rose development.

A balance of shows, popular music, and an easily recognizable look has Teddy Rose as a rising West Coast act in 2018.

Electro-House, House, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy Drops First Official Remix For Autograf’s “Dead Soon”

Posted by on May 8, 2018

Birthdayy Partyy have come out with several remixes this year, but their first official one may be their best. The trio Autograf dropped a remix EP for their single “Dead Soon” that is still fresh off the press. Out of the three, Birthdayy Partyy’s is the most distinct with its hard house sound. Combining bass and electro house, this remix hearkens back to the 2012 era with its style, one that feels timeless. Although dance music has come a long way, these types of records are making their way back to the forefront and Birthdayy Partyy are becoming a huge part of that push. Wouldn’t be surprised if this became a classic in the comeback!

Electronic, Hip-Hop, Remix | Post Malone Gets Future Bass’d by Wet Paint

Posted by on November 29, 2017

Really into this one. Post Malone is one of my favorite recent stars to rise to fame, so he get’s remixed a lot in this scene but not like this and it tends to be his bigger hits. Canadian production duo Wet Paint’s take on “I Fall Apart” is a breathe of fresh air, from the trapped out, heavy synthesizer filled chorus drop, to the more calming verses that are almost ambient aside from Malone’s perfect vocal. Wet Paint killed this one, check it out now above!

Remix | Sad Meal Looks To Combine Complextro And Rock In New Remix of Academy.FM’s “Forever”

Posted by on November 8, 2017

UK based producer Sam Eley AKA Sad Meal received his first swell of attention for winning a remix contest of “Forever” by Academy.fm in conjunction with Cymatics. After a few minor setbacks, several failed the Sad Meal project is proving to have its first comeback with this remix. Influenced by his early love of rock n roll and metal as well as his more recent desire to produce euphoric soundscapes like early Porter Robinson and Madeon, Sad Meal clearly creates a melting pot of sounds from both worlds. Overall, a standout remix that shows how he won the contest and will keep him on our radar in the future.
