Girl Fire, Pop | David Guetta ft. Chris Brown- Don’t Wake Me Up
Posted by GMONEY on January 16, 2012

The world’s biggest DJ (according to DJ Magazine) David Guetta teams up with the world’s biggest domestic violence advocate to create something similar to David Guetta’s recent collaborations with Sia and Usher. This song is like a budget version of Titanium. Chris Brown hasn’t had this big of a hit since… too soon. Speaking of hits, (because David has plenty of them) did you know that Guetta is really just the face guy when it comes to making the music? Common! You really thought Guetta was producing all of these tracks? The person who’s really producing the music is a Frenchman by the name of Sandy Vee, who’s listed in the credits of every single major David Guetta hit. Guetta more or less tweaks what Sandy Vee does. Don’t let that information get you down on Guetta. That’s just how the music industry works folks.

Girl Fire, Pop | Flo Rida Ft. Ne-Yo – Gotta Get Ya
Posted by GMONEY on January 8, 2012

I’m just on fire with my posts right now. First the Rick Ross mixtape, then the Jean-Roch post, now this. Christmas came early folks. I had a hard time blogging this one because I was too busy awkwardly dancing in my apartment. Trust me, it was awkward. The man who survives single to single (Flo-Rida) is back at it again with another leak following “Wild Ones” ft. Sia, who looks just like Betsey Johnson. No word on who produced the track, but it’s absolute audio fire. Download at your own risk.

Girl Fire, Pop | Jean-Roch ft. Pitbull & Nayer- Name Of Love
Posted by GMONEY on January 7, 2012

I would write a witty-get-to-know-Jean-Roch post, but his bio is in French. Je ne parle pas français. I’m not that cultured. Since I won’t go to the trouble of translating Jean-Roch’s sophisticated fashion-laden bio, I’ll leave you with this…it’s produced by Red One. Fire ze missiles. Woooooooo-Dale!
Hip-Hop, Pop | Jared Evan – Traffic Light (Prod. By !llmind)

Jared Evan has always been interesting artist to me. He has never fit in any one genre and that is probably why I like him so much. His music ranges from Hip Hop, Pop, and Rock and yet always has a consistent feel to it. His latest single “Traffic Light” is no exception. The track will be featured on his upcoming EP that will be produced entirely by !LLMIND and Ill Factor dropping the 1st quarter of 2012.
Pop, Videos | Smokey Robotic – Candy Wolf (Music Video)

Arguably one of my favorite tracks off their excellent The Shark & The Helicopter LP released this past summer, Smokey Robotic just dropped the visuals for “Candy Wolf”. This smooth Electro-infused Pop single will surely leave you abusing the replay button. To download this track and more, grab the album here or on iTunes.

Hip-Hop, Pop, RnB | Qwote

Quote has broken FNT ground a few times before, but I felt his resume qualified him for a solo post. Supplying bangers as thick as the back side of this broad, the Miami native has worked with some of the game’s best including Pitbull, Rick Ross, J.R. Rotem, & Jim Jonsin to name a few. The pop/rnb/hip-hop go getter has a very fluent and bodacious voice that allows him to work so versatilely with all these artists. I’ve yet to hear Qwote on the radio up in New England, but once people get a shot of this guys music, I have a feeling they’ll be calling for a second round very soon after. Below is his most recent mixtape, Love Her Lips, highlighted with a few of my favorite cuts.
“My goal is to create a new lane that can bring fresh innovative music that touches the soul and evokes thought, passion, and creativity on another level.”

The artist formerly known as Sheldon Scott, is back with a new name and sound. This song is going to burn the clubs up. I can already feel it. The beat will set you free. Scott Free is working on so many big projects right now, I’m not sure I can even blog about them. If there’s anyone who deserves this level of success right now, it’s Scott Free. OVOXO Scott Free at your next show. This song is going to hype me up and knit some mittens like dat’. Scott Free, so hot right now, Scott Free. Be sure to follow the Toronto native on Twitter here.
