I have to admit sometimes I get selfish and I keep tracks to myself, not because I don’t want to share them, but because sometimes I just can’t find the words to do the track justice, other then press play and listen. “SK1N” by HUNTAR is one of those tracks for me, and with Summer in full throttle, and baby making being on everyone’s mind, let this be the soundtrack to your next love making session, there’s no better feeling than great music, and skin to skin contact! This is a must listen and stay tuned for more from this enigmatic UK artist!

The California duo RKCB made waves with their latest single “Ignite,” a sexy alternative RnB ditty with hints of electronic feels. It’s been a good week that this track was released, and I was on it early, and I’m happy to see that it’s picking up steam. Currently at #2 on Hypem’s Popular chart, give it a <3, and let’s get it to #1, time to get good music back in rotation, worldwide. This is a must listen!

RnB, Videos | Element Delivers Captivating Music Video For The Weeknd’s ‘The Hills’

Posted by on July 7, 2015

Element

Noun

1. a component or constituent of a whole or one of the parts into which awhole may be resolved by analysis

When deciding to go by Element versus his given name, Gabriel Thompson must have had to take this entry in the dictionary into consideration. The talented and surging director out of Los Angeles has delivered a magnificent piece of art inspired by an artist of a different kind, The Weeknd. When one feels inspired to do something for no reason other than just to create art, that is art; and that is what Element has delivered to us with his ‘Wolf Concept’. Dark, mysterious, sexy, intense are just a few of the many adjectives the cross my cranium as I watch the plot unfold with the elegant star of the concept, Dakota Skye.

Check it out and be sure to give Element a Like on Facebook and follow on Twitter/Instagram as he travels the world shooting for the DJ duo GTA @ElementzWorld

Chill, Future Trap, Hip-Hop, RnB, Throwbacks, Trap | Check Out HiFadility’s New Summer Jam, An Edit of SWV – “Weak”

HiFadility released another chill edit from The Queens concept project, an edit of the 1992 SWV classic, “Weak”.  After the Lauryn Hill and Queen Latifah tracks, we were interested to hear what this artist has created, so we checked it out.  Everything sounds so out of the box, in a good way.  In the case of this track, the juxtaposition between the synths, which sound so original and blend well with the throwback vocals, and his new electronic flip that takes place a third of the way in, takes the track to another level. This track is definitely worth the play and great for riding in cars with the windows down, another solid summer jam.

Alternative, RnB | Shoffy – Break The Rules

Posted by on June 1, 2015

Just got this sent over to me, Shoffy, a new artist making some super classic RnB vibes and adding his own flare. I have been following his music for the past few months and I am so impressed with the quality. Not only is he making killer hooks, he is also producing all of the tunes he is putting out! Either way, grab the download above and take a listen to this great new release.

Electronic, Rap, RnB | Justice Skolnik Puts A Unique Trap Spin On The Weeknds “Where You Belong”

Posted by on May 19, 2015

Justice Skolnik’s “Where You Belong” is one of the freshest The Weeknd remixes we’ve heard to date. The Chicago-based producer from San Francisco shows poise for a dynamic combination of synth and melody in this track. Classically trained on the guitar, Skolnik’s transition to electronic music is recent but very promising. The 18-year-old producer is primed for a huge breakthrough this year. You can stream below and even grab a free download below. Enjoy!

RnB | This Slow Motion x Trap Queen Medley By Dylan Reese Is Spot On

FNT regular Dylan Reese has been dropping some smooth medleys as of late giving his take on songs anywhere from 3005 to She Will Be Loved. Today Dylan drops off another smooth rendition, this time taking a classic, Slow Motion by Juvenile and one of the most songs played on the internet in 2015, Trap Queen by Fetty Wap. One thing apparent is the production is very simple and stripped down, but I dig it; it’s Dylan’s way of putting emphasis on his voice and the creativity on how he flips the two songs into one.

Be sure to give Dylan a follow on Twitter and a Like on Facebook!
