Chill, Electronic, Indie | Cade’s New Single “Care” is a Must Listen
Posted by Juicebox on July 6, 2016
If you haven’t heard of him yet, you’re definitely about to. LA-based songwriter/producer Cade has recently released his new single “Care” off of his forthcoming debut EP, and it’s a good one.
Coming from the swamplands of Tampa, Florida, Cade recently moved to bustling city of Los Angeles to pursue the next big steps in his career. His roommate and close friend Trevor Dahl of Cheat Codes is joining him on this journey, giving Cade a slight helping hand in his debut EP, which is sure to amount to something special if his first single “Care” is any indication. The track opens with percolating beats and high-pitched vocal cuts that evoke a mellow atmosphere, while the glossy synths and pining vocals keep the mood alive.
“‘Care’ is so cool to me because it mixes the emotion of R&B music with the dynamic elements of electronic dance music, creating a fresh sound that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime.” – Cade
Take a listen to “Care” above or stream the track on Apple/Spotify here.

We’ve been keeping track of Callie Reiff and her burgeoning music career pretty intently these last few months after she dazzled with an impressive b2b with Mija in Brooklyn and followed that up with a Mad Decent release. Now, the 16-year-old star is ready to become a disruptive force in bass music with her Skrillex co-signed track with Ronaissance, “Tin Machine.” Fusing together trap with elements of future bass for a style that can only be defined as “metallic trap,” Callie Reiff and Ronaissance have delivered a bass anthem that will surely melt some brains during this festival season.

Gryffin lays down a bed of beautiful, soaring piano chords that are perfectly complemented by Josef Salvat’s soulful croons for an emotional 3 minute video.
House | Justin Jay & Friends Are “Climbing Trees” to Repopulate Mars
Posted by Juicebox on June 20, 2016
There’s no denying that Justin Jay is killing it. He’s already unveiled the first three parts of his debut album, and now, we’ve got a glimpse of the fourth courtesy of Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars label. “Climbing Trees” has been making the rounds on the Internet for a while now, ever since Justin debuted it in his live sets on his “Fantastic Voyage” tour – and for good reason. The record is undeniably huge, as it expertly toes the line between dark, brooding warehouse heater and lighthearted summer jam. Josh Taylor’s airy vocals offer a noticeable counterpart to Benny Bridges’ heavy guitar licks and Justin’s expertly crafted basslines.
