American newcomer Kris Cody just dropped a track called “Zonin Out” featuring the gorgeous voice of Anya Siviski, and man is it brilliant! “This track grasps an emotional state of instability and a blurred mental frame of mind – the feeling of wanting to be with someone so badly, your mind’s adrift, away from physical reality….a story almost everyone goes through at some point” – Kris Cody. The best part about music is its ability to invoke so much raw emotion within the listener, and this track does exactly that! Aussie producer Donatachi just dropped a new track called “Bubblegum”, featuring the vocals of Melbourne songstress Rosebud Leach. Donatachi explained the track perfectly: “Rosebud and I both share are deep love for bubblegum pop and wanted to do a sickly sweet, exaggerated version of the genre in this song. We wanted it to sound like Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask’s first dance at prom.” “Bubblegum” is beautiful, uplifting, and extremely catchy, with Donatachi’s production perfectly complimenting Rosebud Leach’s gorgeous vocals. Aash Mehta has already had a fire 2016, with his Pillowtalk remix gaining mass amounts of support from all over the world. Today, he releases his official remix for up and coming singer, Molly Moore (1/2 of Cosmos & Creature) and her track, “Peace Of My Heart”. Embracing the uplifting nature of the original, the young 21-year-old producer put an almost futuristic trap/pop spin on the track, combining a vocal chop driven melody with beautiful, powerful strings. With 4 releases scheduled over the next 8 weeks, we better get our eardrums ready because we’ll have lots of new tracks from Aash coming our way.

Razz and Swrvn completely rocked our eardrums with their recent single “Right Back”. This track is extremely unique, combining multiple genres and live instrumentation into one. The track is an absolute jam! The horns, sax, and drum pattern really compliment the vocal perfectly, setting the mood for an even more uplifting drop. We are very excited to see what is to come in the near future from these talented young producers.

“Obsessed” could not be a more accurate representation of what comes to mind after copious spins of Bordertown’s phenomenal remix of the already enchanting Tom & Collins track, “Obsessed.” This remix is truly a cinematic experience, introducing us to its bouncing bass-lines with nothing short of what sounds like an ensemble of strings. Although still full of energy, this track calls on listeners to become entranced with every beat. Bordertown is setting the bar high with this deep house groove and we can’t wait to see what other tricks are up their sleeves.

This one hits your right in the feels.
Markus Cole has been around for a bit, landing on numerous blogs and locking down spots on notable mainstage DJ’s podcasts/radioshows. But it’s “Naughty Boy – Runnin’ (Lose It All) Ft. Beyoncé, Arrow Benjamin (Markus Cole Remix)” and another track track he released a month ago that are attention grabbers. The former will be the focus here.
From the very start “Runnin’ (Lose It All) (Markus Cole Remix)” brings the listener to a relaxed state via the familiar voice and lyrics. The added production from Markus is noticed and enhances/refreshes the experience overall. It’s not until the drop that you get hit with this “woah” moment behind your computer screen. The rattling, roaring bassline is fresh, but fitting compared to the entirety of the remix – which is catchy in itself.
This is one not to be missed.
