Future Trap, Pop | SVDKO & Adrobski Share Immersive Future Pop Anthem “Open Waters”
Posted by VMan on January 25, 2022
Following up his rock-tinged single “Wild,“ which saw him debut his own vocals for the first time, Belgium-based producer and guitarist SVDKO has now returned, teaming up with French up-and-comer Adrobski to share the incredible “Open Waters.” Featuring vocals from singer/songwriter Harvey, “Open Waters” makes up for a nicely-crafted combination of the two artists’ styles, a clash of sounds that results in a larger-than-life auditory journey.
Smooth guitar melodies and hard-hitting drums contrast as Harvey’s singing conveys a lively story, before the drop explodes into a heavenly sequence of vocal chops and grainy effects that is hard to forget. As SVDKO explained about the story behind “Open Waters”:
“This song happened while I was experimenting with harmonies on my guitar. I found the main melodies that immediately inspired me to lay down that slowly evolving structure. Harvey completely understood what I was going for and recorded this topline in a few days – “It started with me trying my best to explain to my partner how being in love with them makes me feel”. Adrobski came a few months later to add some more heavy and experimental elements which blended perfectly with the mood of the song.”

Dance, Pop | SVDKO Debuts His Own Vocals On Exciting New Single “Wild”
Posted by VMan on September 16, 2021
Without a doubt, SVDKO has established himself as an eclectic and forward-thinking voice within electronic music over the past years, slowly finding his artistic identity while never being afraid to experiment. Following an impressive string of singles that have perfectly displayed his versatility and knack for combining multiple genres into a cohesive sonic result, the Belgium-based producer has now unveiled his latest single, “Wild.”
What makes “Wild” so special, other than its catchy guitar lines and tight low end, is SVDKO’s singing, which appears for the first time in one of his tracks – and hopefully not the last. “Wild” holds a distinct summer sound with its sparkly guitar arpeggios and SVDKO’s personal vocal lines, and we couldn’t be more excited to keep following the talented artist and see where he takes things next.
“’Wild’ is my first ever dance song featuring my own vocals. I’ve been inspired by the freedom that I’m finally able to witness in my life; I just want to live my life to the fullest and it really makes me feel Wild. This song definitely has a summer vibe to it with its vintage sound and electric guitars, and listening to it already makes me nostalgic since the summer is gone,“ says SVDKO.
Electronic | SVDKO Shares Playful Debut EP With it’s SADKO

Finally bringing his artistic vision to life, Belgium-based producer SVDKO just released his best work to date in the form of a 4-track, debut EP titled it’s SADKO. Inspired by the likes of Flume, Mura Masa and Red Hot Chili Peppers, SVDKO is creating blissful electronic music that combines distorted guitars with quirky synths and drums.
Kicking off the tracklist, alt-pop gem “Terrify” featuring NY-based singer/songwriter ÊMIA is arguably the best tune out of the bunch. Previously-released gems “Too Different” with Akacia and “Blossom” are experienced in a new way within the tracklist, while the classy vibe “Out Of Body” wraps things up in a wonderful way.
“When I started writing ‘It’s SADKO” I was unsure about the direction I wanted to take,” explains SVDKO. “Being a guitar player since my young age, I never thought about using it in my songs until earlier this year. It really boosted my creativity and gave me confidence to create an EP which combines the electronic and guitar worlds. This project is a personal journey created not only by me but also by people that I have been working with for a while now and that I really care about.”
