Without a doubt, SVDKO has established himself as an eclectic and forward-thinking voice within electronic music over the past years, slowly finding his artistic identity while never being afraid to experiment. Following an impressive string of singles that have perfectly displayed his versatility and knack for combining multiple genres into a cohesive sonic result, the Belgium-based producer has now unveiled his latest single, “Wild.”
What makes “Wild” so special, other than its catchy guitar lines and tight low end, is SVDKO’s singing, which appears for the first time in one of his tracks – and hopefully not the last. “Wild” holds a distinct summer sound with its sparkly guitar arpeggios and SVDKO’s personal vocal lines, and we couldn’t be more excited to keep following the talented artist and see where he takes things next.

Run This Town EP is something not to be slept on, thanks to the dedication in the studio that dEVOLVE knows how to discipline himself to.
The experience collectively fit’s to him well. Dance-pop, hip-hop, deep house, and more finds a meaningful flow here, given the sensibilities and textures this seasoned electronic musician puts into to play. Thumping bass permeates throughout as a thread that interlinks all the tracks together, yet each one on the EP has distinctive values that allows it to stand on their own feet individually.

“Stay Up” hits with an somber edge that triggers some serious emotion. Producers Maciel and Kenn Colt, along with the talents of Matthew Grant join forces to make this imaginary wonder become a fascinating reality. The centerpiece of this release is the riveting vocal work in particular. Matthew Grant showcases a serious vocal range that puts his musicianship on full display. Everything in the voice hits at a caliber that makes the jaw drop. From the chorus to the verses and bridge, there’s no point where a lackluster instance washes over.
Mexico’s Maciel is known for his chill house vibes that have taken off, especially in Latin America. It’s not just the streaming/listenership where Maciel has gained recognition either. Sirius XM support, and official playlisting across the board, (Amazon Music, Deezer, Spotify, Apple Music,) scratches the surface of the experience this self-made DJ/producer has landed.

Dance, Pop | WE R OK Bring More Heat to their Debut with Brett and Butter Remix

Since officially launching their new project in early June, New York based duo WE R OK have been hard at work keeping the hits coming and keeping their fans entertained. Having seen some moderate success on their debut single, “Ghosts“, Frank and Brian (WE R OK) have since delivered two official remixes, while prepping the release of their sophomore offering (due out next Friday).
Having dropped a remix from Boston based producer CHYLD a few weeks ago, they are back once again, this time with a fresh summertime flip from Vancouver based Brett and Butter.
Kicking things up a notch, Brett and Butter has taken the fresh Alternative Jam and turned it into a club ready, melodic, electronic bomb that captures the essence of the original while also taking it in a whole new direction.
