It’s here…it’s finally here! After spending weeks slowly leaking out headliners before unveiling the first and second phases of its lineup, Mysteryland USA has just unveiled the entire thing, and it’s an absolute monster. The New York-based festival has always been known for stepping out of the box when it comes to its musical programming, and this year is no different, as the headliners, Skrillex, Bassnectar, and ODESZA, are joined by some of the underground scene’s biggest stars in Joris Voorn, MK, Mikey Lion, Deep Jesus amongst others. Not only did Mysteryland unveil its world-class lineup, but the festival also announced the return of its prominent speaker series and famed Healing Garden. Those looking for something else at Mysteryland this year need to look no further than the brand new comedy tent hosted by Kyle Mooney. You can take a peep at Mysteryland’s massive lineup below the jump, and make sure to get tickets to the festival here, as $10 of the purchase will go towards providing clean water to the Newark Public School System.
House, Remix | Selena Gomez’s “Hands To Myself” Gets A Phenomenal Remix From Fareoh
Posted by VMan on March 7, 2016
A couple of months ago Fareoh remixed what was at the time my favorite pop record, and now he’s back to remix my current favorite. Whoever’s making these decisions owes themselves a pat on their back, because this young New Yorker is slowly becoming one of my favorite artists around. His “Hands To Myself” remix is a bit different than the Hailee Steinfeld remix, however, the fact is that it caught me off guard and kept my attention to the very end. A bit of a surprise is always nice, and Fareoh has consistently kept me on my toes.
If you’re wondering what his next move is going to be, head over to his Twitter to stay updated.
Indie | LA’s Andrew Grant Drops “Slow Burn” Single
Posted by BIGLIFE on February 5, 2016
Los Angeles based producer Andrew Grant teams up with fellow Angeleno RKCB on his debut original single “Slow Burn.” The track skates on slowly plucked high notes and ominous synths, the track blooming as RKCB voice slurs, “Been awake too long, tried to break the mold, know this road I’m on, feel it turning cold.” As the melody pushes forward, his whisky-soaked croon dissolves in regret, lifted into the stratosphere by a steady, fog-clearing dance floor beat.

It’s hard to listen to a Kaskade release and not envision a hell of a light show, which granted it’s Monday, let’s take things slowly, but screw it, let’s get that blood pumping early! Kaskade remixes Thomas Sagstad’s “Burned” featuring Wildo taking us to the clouds, but not without a mean hard hitting beat for some exhilarating turbulence! To be honest, 4 minute and 20 seconds is too short, let this track play on, it’s like sunlight on a cold NYC fall day! This is a must listen!
