Events | EDM Halloween in NYC

Halloween is a sacred time of year where the most debaucherous acts become commonplace and even encouraged. Since Halloween has fallen on a Wednesday this year (does it even matter), the invisible hand overseeing this has decided that all large scale festivities must take place the weekend before. Here we outline the dizzying amount of activities that are presented in front of you in the Big Apple, forcing you to choose between amazing and awesome, with more to come as the date approaches.
1. The headlining show of the weekend is the landing of Sensation in America, exalting a lineup that will make tech house fans jump or dance for joy. With Fedde Le Grand being the main guy on both nights, he is flanked by NYC legend Danny Tenaglia, Mark Night and more. Both nights are sold out, so if you want to pay 175+ for tickets, go for it, though it could get cheaper with some people may be dumping tickets upon seeing the lineup.
UPDATE: A few extra tickets have been released for each date, so get them now! Also Friday will be broadcasted live if you can’t get come and want to see the madness of Sensation. Get your tickets HERE.

2. Refune is hosting “All Mixed Up” — two concerts at both Pier 94 and Nassau Colosseum, being dubbed the “Haunted Colosseum” on Saturday, October 27th. With Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso & Otto Knows spinning, this is going to be one you want to consider strongly. Pier 94 tickets sold out in a few hours, but there are still tickers available for Nassau Colosseum. Get them HERE. It’s been a busy month for the viral sensation that is RiFF RAFF. From publicly “beefing” with former SODMG label mate Soulja Boy, to finally receiving his “aqua marine mad hater 2-sided reversible 3-D” chain given to him by Diplo, it seems nothing can slow the enigmatic artist down. Simply put, ndeluv is a weeknd-esc sensation dripped in cough syrup. I should have had this project up months ago but stayed anticipating some visuals to be released, that now are. Front to back #hoodmusic is a solid-chill listen, the track with the most memories for me would be The Love Song. Now, besides ndeluv’s musical talent he also maintains a keen eye for art on his tumblr that will surely have you scrolling down for miles, be sure to check that out as well as his frequent wise words on twitter. And last but not least, don’t forget.

This song is just too good. Hardwell has to be put in the very upper echelon of EDM. This set from Hardwell at the most recent sensation over Halloweekend is just amazing. He played 9 unreleased songs, 3 of them being his own upcoming singles or collaborations. Hardwell destroys this set and I could not imagine a better end to sensation than this. Electro, Videos | De-Lor- Renegade x You Got It All

Thought that’d be the last time you saw the sensation that is De-Lor on FreshNewTracks? Nah, think again. If you haven’t noticed, we’re pretty good at sizing up talent quickly. (See Collin McLoughlin) We’re still waiting on a big label to call and hire us already, but I digress.
That being said, De-Lor offers two new tracks. The first, “Renegade” which is a smooth r&b/electro track accompanied by the “making of” visuals above. The second track, “You Got It All” is definitely a banger for your Friday night. Whether you’re into baby making music or you’re wanting to rage, De-Lor has you covered.
