Masq is back, hitting you straight in face with another epic Neuro blended original. His well organized production and progression of bass on “Yoko” should set the bar for many other aspiring producers. Masq may not be well known…yet, but his skills as an artist are undeniable. This track is not for the feint of heart.

Progressive House | Strange Talk – Picking Up All The Pieces (Marcus Santoro Remix) + Djuro & Marcus Santoro – Heroes (Original Mix)
Posted by Mel on November 20, 2013
Everyone knows that the amount of plain black or white v-necks an artist owns is a direct correlation to their production prowess, which is why it makes perfect sense that Marcus Santoro practically lives in v-necks. He has somehow managed to hold himself back from taking pictures of his dog and laptop screen long enough to release a couple of tracks for free. The first one being his remix of Strange Talk’s “Picking Up All The Pieces” that he completed some time ago but because of complications with labels and, of course, Avicii, it is just now seeing the light of day as a free download. The second is a new original done in collaboration with fellow Australian producer Djuro.

Sikduo, a production team consisting of New York City legends DJ Riz and Chris Moody, are on the rise. Just yesterday, they released a new single entitled “Bring That Beat Back” that premiered on Sirius XM BPM. ”Bring That Beat Back” driving electro track with heavy snares layered on top of a tuff groove. They stick to there hip hop flavor by adding samples of the powerful voice of Chuck D. The breakdown is collected of catchy chords along with big builds. Download the track for free below, they’re taking over the blogosphere.
Hip-Hop, Videos | Terence Ryan — Whiskey Citizen [Music Video]

It’s been almost two years since I first heard “Alan’s Right”, and was instantly made aware of the tremendous talent this man possesses. Sure, it’s extremely rare to find an artist (especially at his age) who has learned to expertly produce, mix, rap, sing, and write—but more so, it’s the fact that he has also managed to create a completely distinctive and unrepeatable sound. A sound that certainly was influenced by everything from indie singer-songwriters to underground hip-hop, yet it mimics nothing. With every new release I’m able to see the progress in his production, writing, and his ear—with each release more melodic, more honest, and deeper than the last. He’s been extremely hard at work this year creating what will be “The Revival” album, and today we receive the first release. It’s catchy, yet it resonates, and bares an amount of heart and maturity that we rarely see today. To classify him into any genre would be doing him a disservice, so just check out the song, and appreciate it for the engrossing music that it is.
RnB | The Weeknd – Devil May Cry

Ooooh Abel why you have to do em like that? No matter what you do, it just sounds so sensual and beautiful. Also, joining forces with the Hunger Games for their soundtrack and linking up with Rick Rubin for the production of this track, brilliant. This man can do no wrong. As usual, another phenomenal track by The Weeknd that you should definitely check out. Make sure to peep the rest of the new Hunger Games soundtrack as well, it usually doesn’t lack either.
Hip-Hop | Devin Miles – Slickback (Prod. Andrew Lloyd)

Devin Miles is back with a new release “Slickback,” and this might be my favorite production from the Pittsburgh MC produced byAndrew Lloyd, that bass is just too funky. There’s no doubt this record is title “Slickback,” Devin flows slick, and stays cool with the bars, spitting vanity all while staying grounded over a subtle jazzy beat. I dig it, dope record, this is a must listen!
RnB | Sean Kongery – Aware (ft. Elias)

The beatsmith formally known as Sean Kongery is back. This time, the LA up and comer teams up with fellow Cali-vocalist Elias to create a smooth, soothing -I have just coined the word smoothing as an adjective for this song- ballad. In-house video team, Lake Effect Films, has yet again out done himself and absolutely blows me away with the story he managed to create behind the song.
Sean is soon to be at the key player in pop production, so it’ll be exciting to see the future singles as well as placements he’ll be getting these next couple months. For the time being, enjoy the song and video!
Also, the sampling of “Mr. Sandman” in the first few seconds of the visual is a fantastic touch.
