Jeremih - Birthday Sex (Andrew Luce Remix)

This morning I’m reppin’ straight from home-base with an incredibly integrative remix by the only and only Andrew Luce. If you missed my last post on this Bay Area based producer, you’ll definitely want to play catch up. This dude has already won Snowglobe’s 2013 opening DJ contest as well as signed under Red Cube Recordings just at the age of 16. If you love this particular mix, you’ll want to go ahead and check the rest of his material. All. Equally. MindBlowing.

Progressive House | Syndec – Riptide

Syndec - Riptide

I am well aware that vocals on a progressive house track are straight ballin and what most people prefer but once in a while it’s nice to hear one without. When there’s no vocals it allows you to truly listen to the music instead of being focused on the singer’s voice. Syndec is an eighteen year old Swedish producer and he managed to do with “Riptide” what most progressive house producers cannot when it comes to making a non vocal track, keep it interesting. The song is driven by an excellent light melody and is structured in a way that it does not get boring.

Nightcall ft. Dreamhour - Dead V (Vocal Version)

A lot of the time there are songs that you can put on and then go prep a stew or caress the face of a child and you will still be able to appreciate it. That is not the case with this song. This song deserves your full attention. Nightcall is a Swedish producer of cinematic electronic music and recently released a vocal version of his awesome “Dead V”. The original was musically outstanding and the vocals just push it over the top.

DO SOMETHING

Exclusive, Featured, Trap | FNT Exclusive: Havok Roth – Fear

Posted by on March 25, 2014

havok roth - fear
We first introduced you to Miami native Havok Roth with his “Elastic Heart” remix, but now the trap producer has graduated from remixes to originals. Just in time for the biggest party in dance music taking place right now in his hometown, he drops this huge original that shows his creativity and ability as a producer. He builds the tune around a vocal that Havok Roct says he “found lying around” and a foreboding melody over an energetic low end and intermittent bursts of unremitting 808s. Havok Roth was kind enough to let us premiere this huge tune, so grab it for free here now and be on the look for much more from this fast rising producer.

The only way I can even try and describe French producer Tchami’s sound would be: Grimey. Today we have a full preview of his brand new track, Untrue, as well as a fantastic remix to Martin Garrix’s huge track Wizard. If his “future house” genre is the next big thing, I’m all in for it. Tchami is the start of something new and brilliant in the production world and it’s time to pay attention. Peep both tracks below and enjoy!

A few weeks back I introduced you to Glastrophobie’s underrated remix of James Vincent McMorrow’s “We Don’t Eat” and today the young German producer sent over his latest remix of Angus & Julia Stone’s “And The Boys” which I hope will capture your heart and ears as it captures mine. While I’m sitting back and enjoying the first Saturday of Spring, this record couldn’t be anymore perfect for the soundtrack of today. If you’ve been going gaga for that deep house wave lately, make sure you include this one to your playlist. This is a must listen and a must download!

Bass, Electronic | Panic! at the Disco – This Is Gospel (Popeska Start Of Spring Remix)

Posted by on March 21, 2014

I had a bit of hard time categorizing this track because I think it could fall into a few genres. Let’s just call it “bass”. Popeska has been featured many times on FNT. The Atlanta producer is still killing it with this new remix of Panic! at the Disco’s song “This Is Gospel.” The lyrics used in this remix are emotional and meaningful. Paired with excellent production and buildups, this track is intense. Don’t just take my word for it. Give it a listen!
