Trademark has been setting dance floors on fire with his mashups and edits throughout 2015, so what better way to top off a successful year than make a mashup with all of this years greatest hits. Taking his traditional dance floor vibe to this mashup, “Shut Up and Pop” features Fetty Wap, Jason Derulo, Ellie Goulding, Walk The Moon, Adele, and countless others artists that have made 2015 such a huge year in music. This honestly may be the best 2015 mashup out there. Don’t believe me? Check out the video above. It’s a free download as well – so be sure to grab it now!

This Electro-Pop styled gem takes a more mellow approach to pop which is a nice change of pace. Nick Klein is a Netherlands duo consisting of vocalist Nick Klein and producer Ferdous Dehzad. “Paralyzed” is the stylish debut track from their unnamed upcoming EP set to release later this year. Nick Klein’s vocal approach is one of wonder, making it easy to get lost in Ferdous’ drumming. One can’t help but close their eyes and bump to this. Their EP has no release date set, but if this track is a good reflection of what is to come. I can only hope they let us know soon.
Girl Fire, Pop | Lyric Lincoln — Bodies
Posted by jeffwbaird on November 9, 2014
It is really hard to make smart pop music. The charts will always be predominantly filled by recent successors within familiar tropes: body braggadocio (“All About That Bass”, “Anaconda”); hater-denouncement (“Shake It Off”); dehumanization of women (“Animals”); relationship turbulence (“Stay With Me”) — I could go on; but when I hear a song that is smart, that contains a semblance of wisdom — I know that it’s something special.
“Bodies”, the first single from Lyric’s upcoming project, Garden of Even, was produced by Jonathan Buscema and is every bit as memorable and upbeat as those aforementioned. It feels and sounds like a traditional pop song, and yet it reads like the work of an established, eloquent songwriting talent, leaving the listener (as I believe all great art does) mentally engaged and aware throughout the existential track.
This is only our first taste of Lyric Lincoln — a budding NYC singer, songwriter, and model — but with a first release like this, she’s definitely got my attention.
Albums | Sizzy Rocket – Morrissey

In are day and age where it seems like pop stars are as easily interchangeable as bed sheets, it’s a rare occurrence to find an artist with poise, talent, and originality all wrapped in to one. Sizzy Rocket is a straight shooter, her writing ability evidencing that.
TV out the window, late night like a talk show, rich cunt at The Standard.
However, despite the brash and borderline-crude lyrics, Sizzy manages to seamlessly transition from her dark rapping abilities to a bubbly-sounding rendition of The Smith’s on the chorus. Don’t let the sound fool you, as the case with “Morrissey”, as well as previous release, “GIRLS“, the lines are oozing with playful sarcasm that begs for a second listen.
Enjoy the genre-bending song, and get introduced to pop music’s next rule breaker.
