Albums | North Carolina upcomer Keith Heart returns via “Serial Heartbreaker”
Posted by VMan on September 11, 2022
Raleigh, North Carolina-hailing singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Brady Keith Gearheart – better known by his stage name Keith Heart – is back with a catchy new single entitled “Serial Heartbreaker.” The hyper-pop infused single has elements of Pop, emo and alternative rock, and EDM music all blended together an incredibly groovy and dance-able track. The heavy bass infused production will keep you moving and tuned in throughout but lyrically is where this one will draw in the most listeners. Th e song paints a picture of a dance club where people have lost all sense of themselves, indulging in acts they’ve never tried before. The subtle foreboding implications reveal a predator-prey scenario where someone is taking advantage of the people in the crowd to do what he pleases with them. Check out the track above now and read a quote from Keith Heart on his latest drop below now!
“I want the audience to enjoy the track but also feel uncomfortable when listening to the lyrics; having the same feelings as the people I’m describing in the song itself. Something is unnatural about the scenario I’m painting, and that’s reflected in the production being very bare-bones without any traditional style dance production.”
Tropical House | Sterkøl Starts Summer with “Can’t Let You Go”

When I clicked play on this track I instantly loved the vibe. Good vocals? Check. Solid Production? Check. Then at 1:27 that saxophone hit me. Guys, I don’t know what it is about tropical house tracks infused with saxophone. SUMMER IS HERE!! I have half a mind to quit my day job, move out to the mountains of North Carolina, throw on some white flowing robes, and just break it down to this song.

Chill, Electro | Mary J Blige – Real Love (Softest Hard Remix)
Posted by admin on May 4, 2015
Softest Hard has been popping up across the music world for several years now and it seems that she has settled in to her spot as a talented producer and DJ. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Softest Hard is currently based in Los Angeles. Her remix of Mary J Blige’s “Real Love” is soft and gentle while still being intriguing and exciting to listen to.
It’s no small feat to take on an MJB classic, and luckily Softest Hard did it justice.

Dubstep, Featured, Preview | Petey Pablo – Raise Up (Manic Focus Remix)
Posted by Mach on April 22, 2013
Unfortunately for Petey Pablo, he is still serving the last year of his 3 year sentence for trying to bring a 9mm handgun on an airplane, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t rock out hard to this fire remix from Manic Focus. “Raise Up” was one of the first Petey Pablo tracks I had ever listened to, and has continually been a track I turn back to time to time for my listening enjoyment. Manic Focus killed it on this remix, the vocal layering is awesome but the instrumentals on this are absolutely epic. What a boss for whipping up this gem before his show on 4/20 in North Carolina. Manic Focus is currently working on his first album releasing sometime late this Spring.
Hip-Hop | Young Prince – See You At The Show
Posted by J_Salzer on April 7, 2012
It’s been a minute see we had some good new material from Beau Young Prince. But he’s back with a vengeance, linking up with a band from his self proclaimed “hippy school,” of Guilford College located in North Carolina. The band provides an interesting beat that allows BYP to spit some quality bars. Fun fact: The first song I ever downloaded from Fresh New Tracks, over 14 months ago, was Strange Times(Prod. by Brenton Duvall) and I STILL bump that song on a daily basis. Be on the lookout, cause Prince is comin’ up.
Electro | LMFAO – Party Rock Anthem (Paradigm Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on July 31, 2011
I think of LMFAO as that chick you try your hardest not to like, but somehow cant resist. I’ve tried to pinpoint my uneasiness with no avail – perhaps its their corny, goofy, clown-like demeanor. At any rate, this massive club hit got the once over by Paradigm who carefully adds some touches here and there to add a little flair while maintaining the integrity of the original sound. This 19 year old North Carolina native is no one hit wonder either, check out Example remix I’ve thrown in for good measure – it’s equally dope. For more tracks, hit up Paradigm’s Soundcoud.
