EDX is a man of many sounds. After establishing himself as a major player in the progressive arena, the Italian-native producer decided to change it up last year, infusing his tracks with a deeper groove than his typical style. One of his very first forays into this new sound was “Breathin’,” which re-solidified the claim that his sonic redirection was a viable change. Today, the Swiss house virtuoso is back with the official “Breathin'” music video, which follows the story of a nostalgic, old man at a lake house. As the video goes on, it flashes back to the man with his lover, who is presumably passed away in the present, as he reflects on his lost love. A new and upcoming DJ out of the Netherlands is starting to gain some popularity with his remixing talent. Jasper Dietze’s newest work is a remix of Maroon 5’s “Sugar”, and it will have you moving. Jasper mixes in some very nice piano chords with the original Maroon 5 lyrics and pulls it all together with a catchy moving beat. Love when producers do stuff like this, especially the big guys like Alesso. He gives his fans a surprise with a twist on his own hit, “Cool”. Really diggin this version, nice and slow to just kick back and listen to. Pretty crazy that this song can maintain its composure being transitioned from a main stage favorite to a song you’d listen to on a Sunday chillen on the porch.
