Albums | Shoffy Releases new Album, …Onward & Announces Tour
Posted by VMan on September 22, 2022
Shoffy’s new album …Onward came out a few weeks ago and I am a massive fan of the full thing front to back. The electronic infused pop record is filled with catchy music that is on the cusp of commercial but in the best way. Working on the LP over the past year, Shoffy has been focused on uber focused on creation as of late and is now gearing up for a national tour that starts at this month. A few of my personal favorite songs off of this one are easily “Fade” “Nightmares In NYC” and “Sad Man” but there a ton of great music on it. If you are on the look out for a new album to run through, tune in to …Onward by Shoffy above now.
Alternative, Pop | Jordan Astra drops “Finer Things” ahead of his upcoming LP ‘Hourglass’
Posted by VMan on December 10, 2020
Jordan Astra delivers ‘Finer Things’ the lead single off his upcoming album Hourglass. On his latest release, “Finer Things”, the beat shifts complement Jordan Astra’s silky vocals; the two are a perfect match that all listeners crave. Watch the video above now and read a quote from Jordan Astra below!
“The ‘finer things’ in life are always worth waiting for. It’s about taking your time with the people you love, with the life you live and the passions that get you up everyday. Finer Things was a record I produced because I found myself diving deeper into blending Hip-Hop with Disco and Funk sounds. I wanted to blend my favorite genres and continue to make feel-good music.”
House | Bricks’ “Bounce” Proves His Quality Is Here For The Long Haul
Posted by VMan on November 28, 2016
The thing I like the most about Bricks is in a world filled with every type of house genre you could imagine, he still finds a way to define himself and bring an original experience to his fans. His first 3 releases have merited great support right out of the door. Locking in tens of thousands of plays per track.
Today, Bricks has released “Bounce” a song that taps into the type of sounds of the previous trio, but still delivers on an all-it’s-own feel – my favorite part being that 808 bass that flys up and down at just the right moment. The solo artist has joined this track with his previous to form the Bounce EP. Bricks has it together and will surely continue to grow.
Trap | RYDEN’s Sophmore Single “Ready” A Strong Follow Up To “Dear God”
Posted by VMan on November 7, 2016
RYDEN previously released her single “Dear God” a few weeks back, a single that had a deep message than most electronic music songs. This time she takes it a step further with ‘Ready”. A single completely created by her from start to finish. The actual sound of her voice is good in itself, making the lyrics easily insert itself into your brain. “Ready” is raw, gritty, tough, and gets more intense as the single progresses.
The orchestral aspects of the single are probably my favorite part, next to the drop, adding a nice little atmospheric that makes tune feel important.
RYDEN received a ton of support on his last single, “Ready” is set to go just as big if not bigger, stay tuned.
Bass, Chill | DEMUR Shows A Softer Side With “Stairs”
Posted by VMan on October 11, 2016
DEMUR is at it again. With an edgy anarchist feel, the somewhat mysterious DJ/producer has released a new original entitled “Stairs”. The single is one of my favorites, containing some of the most melodic and catchy sounds that he is released yet.
A quick peek at his socials shows that he begun selling posters that resemble his brand, and is also starting a podcast series, the details of the new show is unknown at this point.
One thing I have to give DEMUR major credit for is that he’s actually different and seems like he’s trying to start somewhat of a new sound, props to that, check out DEMUR’s SoundCloud for more insight into his world.

Alternative, Ambient | Stefan Alexander – Skeleton

Summer isn’t over with Skeleton, it just shouts that we’re still enjoying the relaxing vibes of the summer months. New to me, but definitely a favorite here with the beautiful vocals and rhythmic drums. Make sure you checkout more tunes by Stefan Alexander here, and lookout for much more from this newcomer.
