Drum & Bass | G-Wizard’s new Drum & Bass tune is more than Good Enough
Posted by VMan on November 3, 2016
For some unknown reason, Drum & Bass never really crossed over to the mainstream in North America, but all that might be about to change. The aptly titled Good Enough, from Australia’s G-Wizard, combines all the energy of traditional D&B, but adds enough pop sensibility to arouse the curiosity of those not well versed in the genre.
Although this is our first time hearing of G-Wizard, he’s been making noise in his homeland for a while now.

Son Of Kick just released a free download for his edit of Foreign Beggars and D.ablo’s “Anywhere” and it goes HARD. If you’re not familiar with Foreign Beggars, get familiar, they are huge in the Drum & Bass scene, and smash every track they hop on. Son Of Kick is an up and coming D&B producer from the UK that has been receiving a lot of attention lately, and will be going on tour in the US with 12th Planet. His tour schedule can be viewed here. This is a must listen and a must download!

Drum & Bass | Nadia Ali – Rapture (Jest*R Remix)
Posted by Mach on December 12, 2013
Nadia Ali’s “Rapture” is a trance classic in my opinion, and there have been many artists that have done their fair share of house, electro, and dubstep remixes, but this liquid drum & bass remix is a first for me. Jest*R is a lone producer from Myrtle Beach, SC and I really have to give him props on this remix. It is a serious beauty. I half expected the overuse of the vocals as most remixes of “Rapture” have, but Jest*R seems to have put much more focus on his melody, letting the vocals be that little extra something to the mix.

Chill, Drum & Bass, Glitch | Kursa – Björk

Kursa has been a big up and coming name in my book, his blended productions based around Drum & Bass have been an absolute delight to indulge on. Feels like it has been some time since he has given away a free track, so today I bring you an incredible glitched out piece of art sampling the ever famous Björk. The kick and snare continue the same throughout this, but the progression of the deep bass and vocals is where the true prize of this song lie. Just kick back and let the waves take you away.

Drum & Bass, Pop | Nanobii – Sugar Rush

Feels like forever since the last time I enjoyed a song with some Japanese-Pop influence, never imagined it would be this addicting, sugary Drum & Bass. Listening to this track reminds me of the first time I heard Mord Fustang’s “Lick The Rainbow”, it’s obviously not the same style but the way the progression and melody play out together puts me into an incredible euphoric instrumental trip. This is just one of those tracks that never stops giving.
Drum & Bass | I Am Legion Ft. Strange U – Dust Descends

Noisia and Foreign Beggars strike gold, previewing another track from their collaboration group, I Am Legion. This isn’t your typical Drum & Bass tune. If deep Drum & Bass was an actual subgenre, this would be the defining track. We are just weeks away from these collaborator big album release on September 2nd. Bass music is about to have an entirely different face.
Drum & Bass | Seven Lions Ft. Fiora – Days To Come (Vaizo’s Rise & Fall Mix)
Posted by Mach on July 27, 2013
Despite the countless remixes of this song that now exist, there are still new remixes surfacing daily that add to the list of greats. Vaizo came through with a different style that we have yet to see since first hearing “Days to Come”. Obviously there is a fair share of Drum & Bass remixes, but there aren’t many deep liquid remixes or even tracks close to the level that this is at. Vaizo did a beautiful job on this remix, it takes you on a journey of your choosing.
