Chill, Trap | Tom Aspaul – Indiana (Bronze Whale Remix)
Posted by BP on October 30, 2013

This remix of “Indiana” by Tom Aspaul from Bronze Whale was one of those tracks that grabbed my attention immediately. The vocals are absolutely fantastic – just pure joy for the ears. The trap style beats Bronze Whale brought to the remix are fun and light. It’s a really unique combination with the sweet, mellow vocals and the bouncy beats. This is some A+ work right here.

Dubstep | Felix Cartal & Clockwork – The Fire ft. Madame buttons (Skrux Remix)
Posted by BP on August 2, 2013

I am not surprised to present to you a fantastic Skrux remix today. His remixes are always quality. In this remix of “The Fire,” he did a great job of making sure the vocals got to shine, and still making it his own. The synth in the drop(s) is on point, and the track is very smooth overall. Heavy, but smooth. A lovely combination for dubstep. This remix is free to download from Facebook!

Mashups | DOSVEC – “Children Clarity”
Posted by BIGLIFE on May 7, 2013
We have all heard Zedd’s “Clarity” numerous times but DOSVEC gives it a fresh twist with Dave Darrel’s “Children, which is a Progressive House mix of the classic Robert Miles “Children”. “Children Clarity” is a seamless combination of Foxes vocals with the sweeping beats and uplifting keys that are presented by Children.
This version gives Clarity some new life and will make you forget of the original Zedd production.
Bass, Dubstep, Glitch | Joe Ford – Frozen Sound
Posted by Sev on April 29, 2013
Emerging artist Joe Ford, just released one of his monstrous works entitled ‘Frozen Sound’ on the Medschool compilation release ‘New Blood 013’. He caught my attention early this month when I first saw his tracks being shared in the Neurohop scene as well as through Caliber Music. As of late he has been gaining support from some big names, but most notable are KOAN Sound. His tracks are so detailed and unique it makes it hard to not listen to them on repeat. ‘Frozen Sound’ is a mixture of Glitch and Dubstep with some of the most intricate sounds I have seen featured in a track. The combination of the atmosphere and reverb help create a dreamy state through the track as well as an addition emotion. You can follow Joe ford through his social media’s provided below.

Dubstep | Nero – Into The Past (Preview)
Posted by Middy on April 23, 2013
There are few films generating the buzz of The Great Gatsby, and its soundtrack is a part of that. Executively produced by Jay-Z, the star-studded soundtrack has contributions from Florence & The Machine, Lana del Rey, Jay-Z, Nero, Gotye and many more. The full preview of Nero’s contribution has been released by Interscope (who is still dealing with the will.i.scam scandal), giving us a peak into their production process that has been quiet of late as they gear up for their first album since 2011 album, “Welcome Reality“.
The cinematic single from the British dubstep trio, “Into The Past”, shows the complex, melodic stylings that have made them one of the hottest dubstep groups today. The combination of emotive strings, female vocals from the third member of the trio, Alana, and a soothing low end, makes this a perfect contribution for the movie from Nero. The entire soundtrack will be released May 7th
