This Swiss-based No Xcuses mastermind has a knack for creating smash house tracks, and he never ceases to impress, despite his high output of both originals and remixes. Ahead of his No Xcuses vs. Enormous Tunes bus tour launch this Friday, EDX released “Missing” on Beatport, as well as the visual treatment for the catchy cover of the Everything but the Girl track of the same name. News | EDX Announces 15-Date No Xcuses vs. Enormous Tunes Bus Tour

After a year consisting of a world tour, chart-topping productions, most recently his remix of The Avener’s “We Go Home,” and a handful No Xcuses parties, house mainstay, EDX, is hitting the road in 2016 for a 15-stop North American bus tour. His famed radio show and event brand, No Xcuses, is partnering with the influential label, Enormous Tunes for the month-long journey. The merry crew of performers on this tour includes EDX, Nora En Pure, Croatia Squad and Antonio Giacca, along with some special guests from the No Xcuses and Enormous Tunes squad. They’ll kick off the tour at A.I. in Washington DC, and hit some major US and Canadian cities along the way before closing out on the west coast. Diplo’s record label Mad Decent is about to make waves again with the recent release of their new ep “Control“. Featuring the up and coming 21 year old Miami based producer Ricky Remedy, the first track is sure to catch your attention and leave you wanting more. Ricky starts off with “Make Me”, a powerful trap banger boasting “ugh” as almost the only lyric. Don’t worry though, the lack of lyrics is made up for by the pure energy Ricky brings to the table. Once you start listening it’s hard not to get sucked in and soon you’ll be replaying this one. Usually with lineups like this you’re paying an outrageous amount of money for a festival pass and are surrounded by sweaty fans who are all two feet taller than you blocking your view of the stage. The man, the myth, and the legend Kap Slap is coming through huge for LA and offering one of the best lineups for an individual show we’ve seen at just $20. 21 year old producer from Finland Tontario is an act I’ve been keeping my eye on ever since his James Bay remix, and I know he’s going to be among a handful of producers that will make noise in the near future. Following up his #1 on Hypem, he sent over an original collaboration with Topi that sounds like heaven. On that ambient wave, make out and take your clothes off with someone to this, because for a track that’s so light and smooth, it’s about to get hot and heavy. This is a must listen and a must download!
