Listening to Comet Blue’s “Shooting Star,” I should not be here right now, and I never want this song to end. When tropical first came out, what drove me to it was how similar it sounded to world music, a hodgepodge of sounds from all over the planet, leading to warm, atmospheric gems. There’s been talk that Comet Blue could be Basto, who’s worked with the likes of Britney Spears, and Will.I.Am, but I can’t verify that, and it doesn’t matter, what matters is how you’re going to feel after you press play, this is a must listen!

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of SEMLR before, but after hearing this remix he will definitely be on my radar. He took this popular hit and made it even more catchy than the original by adding in future pop synths and re-crafting the drop completely. Make sure to give this one some love and I’m sure we’ll see more of SEMLR in the future.

This tune is so catchy and makes me smile, for real. I’ve been following lilmallrat for a few months now, and the production and the overall vibe is absolutely ahead of the curve. Lots of artists try and sound cool, act like they are setting the trend, but lilmallrat is nailing it.
