BLAISE is a newer act out of the west coast who has collaborated with some of the biggest acts in the future bass scene like Louis the Child and Whethan, but he’s not a producer, instead a sick dope rapper and songwriter. His latest drop is a collab is with Whethan for “Aw Yeah” and it’s a catchy, moody, hazey record that has a real bounce to it. Keep BLAISE on your radar, and quit sleeping on the kid, because 2018 he will take over. Check out “Aw Yeah” above now!
Chill, Electronic, Hip-Hop | Falcons Kicks Off Fluidity Mixtape Vol. 1
Posted by VMan on April 24, 2018
When working out mixtapes can be one of the most clutch things to have on hand, no questions asked. Mostly because you can just listen to it non stop and not have to stop your work out by finding the next best song to play or clicking on another artist, which is helpful in this day in age. Falcons kicked off 2018 by dropping a track with A-trak and Young Thug and now he returns with a short but sweet new mix to start off the new mixtape series, Fluidity. It features unreleased heat from a handful of acts, including himself, so tune in. Check out the full tracklist below and under that listen to Falcons new mix.

The catchy new glossy tune shows off the best sides of all parties involved. This one is bouncy and a ton of fun, so give “Peanut Butter” a spin above now! Don’t miss out on this one.
Hip-Hop | Épique Gets Nostalgic & Trill On New Track
Posted by VMan on March 31, 2018
Orlando rapper Épique pays homage to his Southern roots on “BlahBlah”, his new CashMoney AP-produced record that has a heavy chopped&screwed feel to it. There is a major nostalgic feel to this one that reminds me of old school Three 6 Mafia or UGK, thanks to the syrup sipping style of production and vocal effects throughout. The perfect track to spark up and kick back to is easily Épique’s latest joint, which you can stream now above. Check out “BlahBlah” now!

Albums, Hip-Hop, Pop | Timeflies Just Brought Grubeats Out of Retirement.
Posted by Grubeats on March 29, 2018
Our good friend’s Timeflies’ new EP, ‘To Dream’, hit digital outlets last Friday, chalk full of all the feels. Like I said, they took me on a journey. Fast forward to the closing track, “Be Easy”, which is backed by a elementary chorus (which is catchy as hell), pumped with that nostalgia I so desperately need. Those who have been following Timeflies’ from the jump know their story. They came up in an era where the blog game was booming. The Stupay brother’s were the blog game Jordan Belfort and Donnie Azoff – fortunately they did it clean and never ended up under seize by the SEC and FBI. It was a different ballgame back then. Blogging was the meat and cheese sandwiched between Limewire and Spotify. The good ol’ days. Cal and Res capitalized on their unique opportunity and are still here killing it 8+ years later, and for that, I salute them. Head on over to Timefliesmusic.com, cop/stream their new album and catch them on tour now! …and shout out for the HOF FNT line in verse 2.
[Verse 2]
I remember taking laps through the quad
Natty in the back of the Jeep with the squad
All the girls laying on our lawn while we’re playing our song
Looking at us like ‘oh my God’
Thinking man if we could just do that
If we could we get a song up on fresh new tracks
If Waldo doesn’t call the cops
If 101 had blocks
If hotongue didn’t get so packed
But Jerry and our peep we were hungry
And ever since they heard me free people love me
64 buzz deep on them rizzer beats
In the back seat of the town and country
No time for stress, I’m blessed, I confess
I’m pressed tryna turn all their no’s into yes
I’m obsessed with being the best
Ain’t no time for rest
I’ma turn lights checkmate into cash cheques
Signing off until 2023, Grubeats.
