Dubstep, Glitch | Foreign Beggars – Contact (TuneCeeDUBSTEP Bootleg Remix) [FNT Exclusive]
Posted by Sev on December 17, 2012
TuneCeeDUBSTEP is an up coming producer out of Germany, who isn’t too well known in the scene yet. About a week ago I caught a glimpse of this track’s preview floating around Soundcloud and I knew we had to get him to finish and release this monstrous remix and the only way we could is if we put some support behind him. He was able to finish this Midtempo/Dubstep track and it sounds heavier then ever. Keeping the grime feel that Foreign Beggar’s vocals bring, he spun this track into something unique and different than the usual growls most artist like to incorporate. Not to mention the different combinations of the variety of sounds.

Taking a cue from 1960’s-era rock and bringing a modern edge to it, Free n Losh’s newest EP is a breath of fresh air. If you are fan of Pretty Lights, GRiZ, or Gramatik, you will love this EP. With plenty of perfectly sampled classics, this latest project is sure to put the duo on the map (that’s if producing for Mac Miller didn’t already do that). Grab the free download below and be sure to become a fan of them on their social media pages/

New episode of The Walking Dead plus the release of Black Ops 2 with Zombies?!?! Cryptex couldn’t have picked a better time to do this. This is awesome, that’s really all I can say. It’s zombie killing time.
Dubstep, Glitch, Moombahton | Daft Punk – Robot Rock [The Frim Remix]
Posted by Sev on November 17, 2012
What a way to kick off Saturday night. The Frim comes through with this funky remix to an all time classic of Daft Punk’s Robot Rock. He turns this Electronic remix upside down, and gives it a nice grimy feel at a mid-tempo speed. This is a just a taste of what is to come on his EP this week, more specifically Nov. 20th. Dubstep, Glitch | Manic Focus – Rooster
Posted by Mach on November 15, 2012
Manic Focus has truly put out some awesome tracks this year. The new original from him is another cool Glitch-Hop track. My favorite thing about this track besides the cover art that reminds me of Robot Chicken, is the underlying old school country. It is a rare thing to hear a harmonica strongly on a song these days, never thought I would be enjoying it on a something filled with bass as well. Big ups to Manic Focus for another hit.
Dubstep, Glitch | Adele – Skyfall (Quincy Kwalae Remix)
Posted by Grubeats on October 18, 2012
When Adele releases a new song, the world listens. Regardless of you’re preference for music, you, at the very least, have to acknowledge and appreciate her voice. Producer Quincy Kwalae, who recently released an awesome qollab EP with J.T. Roach, “Piñata After Party”, is back with an original mix to Adele’s latest single, “Skyfall”. Quincy shared with me how this track came about;
“When I heard Adele’s “Skyfall” last week I knew I had to remix it. I’ve always liked Adele, but there is something mysterious about that particular track…maybe it’s the warm, vintage sound that seems to belong to a past decade yet remain relevant. I don’t know. But I do know that my mom got me an N64 for my (24th) birthday back in August, so Goldeneye already had me in the Bond mood. I actually snuck a Klobb gunshot sample from that game into my remix.” – Q
Described as “dubby, glitch-hoppy $ clippity cloppity” by the man himself, take this for what it is and enjoy the latest from the Midwest’s own, Quincy Kwalae.
Electronic, Glitch | Jayglow – Final Scenes EP
Posted by Sev on October 9, 2012
Inspected is a label known for having a vast variety of genres released from all sorts of artist. They supply their fans with everything from the heaviest of the heavy to the most melodic of tunes. Their latest release comes from an artist known for his incorporation of funk into his glich styled tunes, Jayglo. His newest EP on Inspected entitled “Finals Scenes” encompasses some jazz influenced, gliched out tracks that bring something fresh to its listeners. Jayglo keeps a great upbeat melody in all the tracks adding along his addition of heavy synths through to go along with the hip-hop style sounds. I had no intention of posting the EP, but after one listen through the EP I was hooked right away. Grab the EP off of Beatport HERE.
