Albums, Bass, House | black a.m. and Matsu Release Epic Collaboration Titled “Eerie”

Posted by on May 3, 2020

black a.m. shows no sign of slowing in 2020 as he continues his near-monthly release schedule after finishing up ‘The Portal Tour’ with NGHTMRE. Now having broke the 100K mark across releases collectively, black a.m. expands his movement by branching out with a Matsu collaboration released on Slow Roast Recs.

As a nationally recognized DJ champion, Matsu can turn heads with releases that will certainly be shared beyond the internet and into DJ sets globally.

Marking his debut on the label, this single surely combines the best parts of both acts on this one.

Bass | LICK Delivers A Massive Remix of Skrillex

Posted by on April 22, 2020

I’ve been on quite a remix kick lately. The latest one I’m adding to my catalog comes from the Phoenix based bass producer LICK. LICK made waves with his Dark Vibe Order album last year, and it’s good to see he hasn’t slowed down. His latest effort takes on Skrillex’s legendary hit “Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites”. He modernizes the original adding an absolutely massive drop that will have festival dance floors shaking (when they return). Check it out below and grab your free download here.

Bass, House | Kantor Drops Fascinating Visual Experience Entitled “Hacker”

Kantor’s “Hacker” pieces together so much in a original single, perhaps staging a new precedence of what should be the standard to offer to fans around releases. A pro video, unique sound, and a feel through branding that’s colorful and connected. The clear, vivid nature of “Hacker” on the video side, makes for a repeat fan favorite that’s easy to get behind.

With singles clearing 100,000, it’s clear Kantor’s years of experience across different projects and the industry generally is collectively speaking through his art and vision.

Kantor is sure to release more as 2020 can remain uncertain in new ways.

Bass, Dance | BOOSTEDKIDS Take on Burn The Disco’s ‘Go’

Posted by on March 6, 2020

Producer/DJ duo BOOSTEDKIDS have solidified their name over the years as one of EDM’s staple acts. Their collaborations with legends such as Steve Aoki, Armin Van Buuren, Pitbull and many others launched the Italian group to stardom, and they show no sign of slowing down.

Their remix of Burn the Disco’s song “GO” is a hard hitting, bass heavy tune perfectly crafted for the dance floor. Energetic percussion drives the track while buzzy keys set up the drop. Once the beat drops, pulsating synths and massive bass come in to add layers to the already detailed track.

The amount of care that BOOSTEDKIDS put into their music is evident. What separates them from the rest is each sound is meticulously placed, but the raw energy isn’t lost. BOOSTEDKIDS are something special.
