The last time we heard from the kings of good vibes ACADEMY it was about 9 months ago when they dropped their sophomore EP The Beat Generation. While The Beat Generation was a phenomenal seven track EP, none of that collective project can begin to touch the masterpiece that is Panoramic. The Los Angeles based duo teamed up with Jackson Breit for a record that has all the vibes of Summer and all the feels of a radio hit. Stay tuned as ACADEMY and Jackson are hitting the road this Spring with William Bolton and Dylan Reese.

Alternative, Indie | Opia – Falling
Posted by BIGLIFE on March 15, 2016
The duo from CT is killing the internet right now with their latest single Falling, an unknown duo who is now on everyones radar. This may be the fastest rising band I have ever seen and for sure will follow up with some smashes this year. With charming vocals and witty lyrics, you can’t go wrong by giving this a listen. Make sure to keep a close eye on Opia this year!

If you haven’t heard, XYLO is easily the hottest duo out now and literally destroying the internet with their latest EP America . I hope they hit the road soon and I can’t wait to hear them live. Make sure you checkout this tune and the entire EP, it’s really worth listening to, I promise.
Alternative, Chill, Electronic | Alex Young’s “Liberation” Will Take You On a Ride
Posted by VMan on March 1, 2016
I haven’t heard any new music by Alex Young in years, so this was a nice surprise. “Liberation” is much deeper than I expected, Young has clearly been working on his craft extensively as of late because this is a very different direction then his older stuff. This evolution of sound he’s going through is very exciting, hopefully whatever comes next is just as unique sounding.
Alternative, Pop | New on the scene: Cruel Youth impresses with “Mr. Watson”

English vocalist Teddy Sinclair is not afraid to say what she’s thinking. Her band Cruel Youth has broken on the scene with a powerful opening statement titled “Mr. Watson”. The song resembles Amy Winehouse’s storytelling-songwriting style, as well as Sinclair’s vocal tone.
Certainly not a comparison I throw around lightly, Cruel Youth is one to keep an eye on.

Always awesome to see two of the most highly regarded emerging artists in 2016 linking up for a collaboration. Recently William Bolton headed out to LA for a few weeks, set up shop with Jackson Breit and made this absolute summer jam. Now, while in LA William may have forgotten it is still Winter in Boston where he resides, but, Girls In the Front Row definitely takes you to a much warmer place.
