With appearances at HARD Summer, the upcoming Holy Ship!, multiple records on Dirtybird, and a forthcoming EP on Pets Recordings, Justin Jay’s humble beginnings as a future talent are not too shabby to say the least. Going into his last semester at USC, the 22-year-old producer can now add a world premiere on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show to his wall of accomplishments. Annie Mac debuted his newest remix of Disciples’ “They Don’t Know” to expose Justin Jay’s production finesse to anyone unfortunate enough to not be following him. JJ allows the remix to take on a personality of its own as he strips Disciples’ original of it’s playfulness and replaces it with a brooding counterpart. Fans can move and groove to the LA producers’ expertly hatched drum work and sulking synth melodies. Check out the premiere above and be on the look out for the official release coming soon.

Fast-rising producer Chet Porter has been gaining more and more traction as of late, having received support from the likes of Galantis and Ryan Hemsworth. Known for his diverse, eclectic remixes, his latest offering is a unique flip on Hayley Williams’ vocals from Zedd’s massive release “Stay the Night.”
Chet Porter takes Zedd’s hard hitting, grimy electro track and completely flips it on its head – giving it a refreshing, relaxing new twist. Masterfully blending Williams’ beautiful, melodic vocals with his distinct, signature downtempo style, Porter has only further reaffirmed himself as a producer on the fast track to success. Stay tuned for more exciting productions from this talented youngster.

Videos | OWSLA Shows Off Their TomorrowWorld Festivities in Recap Video
Posted by Juicebox on January 20, 2015

One of America’s newest festivals, TomorrowWorld, brought the mystical experience from its Belgian counterpart, Tomorrowland, to Georgia, maintaining its elite reputation. Boasting a lineup with too many star DJ/producers to handle, the festival made sure that its 2nd edition would be one to remember to close out 2014. Skrillex’s OWSLA stage flew in names like Alvin Risk, Foreign Beggars, and Yogi to rock the festival grounds for a day of some quality dance music. Recently, OWSLA released a recap video of the stage and Skrillex’s main stage set. It’s safe to say that it made me want to book my tickets immediately. Between the magical atmosphere and madness directed by Skrillex’s family, the recap video shows off a simply good time. Check out the video below and if you’re bold enough, grab your tickets for TomorrowWorld 2015 here.
Mix | Figgy – Solé Fixtape Vol. 31
Posted by Juicebox on January 14, 2015
The boys over at Solé Bicycles are back at it again with another installment of their monthly Fixtape series. These guys have been putting out quality mixes for almost 3 years now and the start of 2015 is no different for them. This month’s Fixtape features East Coast producer Figgy, perfectly combining elements of house, disco, and R&B into one blissful concoction — a mix made for the soulful side of the dancefloor.
From the man Figgy himself: “This mix was inspired by a trip I took to Cape Cod, MA right before New Years. The Cape is one of the few places to watch a beach sunset on the East Coast, and during the winter it’s completely deserted. While the beauty of an icy sunset is undeniable so is the harshness of the ocean wind.”

Albums, Electro, Electro-House, Electronic, House, Progressive House | Hardwell releases single ‘Eclipse’ from upcoming album, United We Are
Posted by Juicebox on January 13, 2015
After dominating the dance music scene for the past couple years, fans have been eagerly awaiting Hardwell to release a debut album and last month the Dutch pioneer announced the full tracklist for his debut LP, “United We Are.” To begin the monsoon of anticipation, Robbert van de Corput has released the first single titled, “Eclipse,” of which he played for Miami at Ultra Music Festival 2014.
Although deep house is having its time in the spotlight currently, Hardwell sticks to his guns and maintains his signature big room sound that fans have grown to love. The main stage veteran sends shivers down listeners spines from start to finish with classical strings, ear-numbing basslines, and expertly aligned synth harmonies to exhibit his musical mastery. This is the first taste that will have fans fiending more as we inch closer to the album’s release.
Also check out Hardwell’s next release “Sally” here.
