Diplo’s record label Mad Decent is about to make waves again with the recent release of their new ep “Control“. Featuring the up and coming 21 year old Miami based producer Ricky Remedy, the first track is sure to catch your attention and leave you wanting more. Ricky starts off with “Make Me”, a powerful trap banger boasting “ugh” as almost the only lyric. Don’t worry though, the lack of lyrics is made up for by the pure energy Ricky brings to the table. Once you start listening it’s hard not to get sucked in and soon you’ll be replaying this one. Chill | Sinco leaves us asking a lot of “Questions”

Usually, one finds a large scope for improvement in a producer’s first release. However, this was definitely not the case for the Swedish producer, “Sinco”. In his debut track, “Questions”, Sinco takes us on a tropical journey – building up to a joyful chorus, cooling us down with an emotional breakdown, and then making sure we end the track with a smile on our face. We don’t really know much else about Sinco, but we have a strong feeling that we’re going to find out. Keep an eye out for Sinco, and grab this free download right away!

Not too long ago a mysterious DJ referring to himself as only marshmello found his way on to the FNT radar. We’re not sure who he is or where he’s from, but if he keeps doing what he’s doing it won’t be long till he’s on everyone’s radar. With a style the artist describes as “fluffy” and “sexy” marshmello is putting his own twist on house and trap. His latest song is yet another remix of Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding’s “Outside”, but right from the start Marshmello was able to make this song his own and come up with a track you need to hear. This time he’s teamed up with AngI3 to deliver yet another hit. “Midnight Hearts” has the strong chords and piano riffs work we’ve come to expect from Sam Feldt with catchy vocals throughout. About six months ago, an artist by the name of Sicarii flew onto the radar with his remix of SomeKindaWonderful’s “Reverse,” where he debuted his “smooth house” sound for the world to lend an ear. Back and better than ever, the NYC producer turns his attention to the illustrious Frankie Knuckles and his cherished original “The Ones You Love” to give it a modern twist that pays respect to the Godfather of house music. Pulsating bass jabs backed by mesmerizing drum work and Chicago-inspired samples, Sicarii takes on a behemoth of a task of doing justice to Knuckles’ legacy, and his regard for its origins earns his remix two thumbs up.
