Progressive House | Hardwell Releases “Blackout” As Birthday Gift
Posted by Juicebox on January 12, 2016
On birthdays, people usually enjoy receiving gifts, and Hardwell probably received many, but he also took his birthday last week as an opportunity to give back. “Blackout” was his gift to his fans for the continued support over the years. Although Hardwell has been at the top and stayed there, he’s been making an effort to remain humble and use his influence for good, much like how he did when he broke the record for the world’s biggest guest list with a show in Mumbai, while also raising enough money for educating 18,000 under privileged children. Have a listen to “Blackout” above!

GRiZ and All Good Records continue their prolific run with the release of SunSquabi’s new single ‘SquabCat’. The Detroit collective took their annual holiday fundraiser, 12 Days of GRiZMAS, to new heights this year, while releasing two official remixes of the GRiZ classic, “Stop Trippin’,” by Ghastly & Chill Harris, as well as GRiZ’s own VIP edit of “A Fine Way to Die.” Now, they’ve brought on board the Colorado jam band, SunSquabi, for their latest release – “Squabcat.” The three-piece band, who are a far cry from the typical EDM artist, utilizes live percussions, string instruments and synthesizers to showcase the finest in live electronic instrumentation.

Having released originals and remixes spanning from Chill Trap, Progressive House, Sax-House, to Future-Pop, Aash takes on an ambient journey with his new track, “Swimming In The Clouds”. Aash puts it perfectly when he says, “During the holiday season, I always realize how much I have to be thankful for. However, with all the chaos currently surrounding the world – all the violence, hatred, discrimination – we could all use some more peace in our lives.” A beautiful atmospheric vibe combined with a peaceful melody makes “Swimming In The Clouds” a must listen and a must download. Future Trap | Lana Del Rey – High By The Beach (Justin Caruso Remix)
Posted by Juicebox on December 17, 2015
Twenty year old Justin Caruso is undoubtedly talented in a variety of EDM genres. Posted above is his remix of Lana Del Rey’s “High by the Beach” which he released only a month after his “What Do You Mean” remix. Justin’s ability to listen to a song and remix it in a way that fits the song so perfectly seems to come naturally to him. If his music isn’t impressive enough, he also attends USC Thornton School of Music where he is taught material that he already knows and then asked to take a test on it. As Justin continues to develop his sound, keep an eye on him because he’s going to do big things.
