Australian producer Husky is set to release his latest single “Get Into You” featuring the soulful vocals of Andre Espeut. Just in time for an Australian summer, the single is a playful, jazz-house cut that will no doubt soundtrack endless summer nights. Trumpet solos, a classic piano-house beat, and powerful vocals set the stage for this masterpiece. Husky said that he “really wanted to write something organic and soulful that could stand up for years to come,” and we think he did just that! NYC singer/songwriter LeeLee Haxi gives us another taste of her upcoming project “Until Then” with her second single, “Done It”, produced by Nils Urban. LeeLee will be making waves this fall, not only releasing her first full project November 7th, but also with some impressive collaborations on the horizon. She is featured on Shelco Garcia and Teenwolf’s upcoming single “Sky High” targeted for release this fall on Laidback Luke’s label, Mixmash Deep. For all the Jef Life fans out there, she will also be featured on the collaboration album “Family Business” from Young Roddy and Trademark da Skydiver, to be released December 2nd through iHipHop Distribution.

Mosimann is one of France’s biggest dance music producers, having been featured on a variety of national TV spots around the country (and Europe) as well as being one hell of a showman (Mosimann has also created a custom DJing tabletop that allows his fans to see him DJ during his live sets). His previous release “The Gifted One” was a dope present from the solo producer in 2016. He’s now expand the themes of this original more so with fresh remixes from the likes of Florian Kempers, Sebastian Wibe, Zetyd, and his own person edit of the tune.
It was “The Gifted One (Sebastian Wibe Remix)” that captured my attention today, the single is as if Sum 41 and an electronic pop song had a baby – a startling unique balance of raw boldness and power alongside glistening flowing electronic vocals, the platform for this being provided by Mosimann’s original production and the voice of Uhre. “The Gifted One (Sebastian Wibe Remix)” is not to be missed.

After the success of his second EP ‘Annie’ earlier on in 2016, Australian producer Failr is back with a brand new sample-driven track called ‘Animal’, which features the gorgeous voice of Sydney singer AVIVA. The two are a match from heaven, as Failr’s wonderful beats and complimented perfectly by AVIVA’s soulful vocals. “Working on this track was like opening Pandora’s box as it led to another 4 tracks all coming together in the space of 2 weeks,” Failr said, “In a lot of ways the track is essentially what I would have made from day one, had I had the production ability, musical knowledge and the ability to create Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time vocal chops.” The combination of cut-up guitar samples, summer vibes and thumping kicks makes “Animal” a must listen, so check it out now!

Recently we were treated to a great new track called ‘White Shadows & Grey Noise’ by a trio out of Melbourne who go by the name Passerine, and this week they have returned with two very impressive remixes by two very talented artists, OK Sure and Super Magic Hats. Both friends of Passerine, the two remixes vary in style but feature plenty of groovy synths, powerful drums, and make use of the beautiful vocals from the original. The remixes are definitely worth checking out, and are a great addition to your library as be round off summer and enter the cooler autumn months.

This is the hottest collaboration of the week, with ease. Melvv and MOONZz connect on their new Majestic Casual released single, “Goodbye” and it is out of this world. I’ve heard stuff by both of these artists in the past but this is easily the best work on both of their resumes.
