Electronic-pop artist Bearoid shares his daring new single “Enemy”, sporting a playful synth melody and catchy vocals. Using strong, layered synths, Bearoid creates a track that is equal parts groovy and meaningful. Samples of arcade-game synths fill the song, and when the chorus hits, the strong pulsating beat shines through. Bearoid’s vocals are unique and powerful – delivering a beautiful top-line that really pieces everything together. In a world where we are more connected to technology than humans, Bearoid’s playfully taps into something deeper and more meaningful — a rarity in electronic music.

Passerine just dropped “Undergrowth” — a beautiful combination of electronic as well as orchestral elements, fitted with beautiful vocals that make it a track you must listen to today. Passerine’s vocalist and songwriter Phoebe said, “I think the song encapsulates that feeling of wanting to go back to the beginning of a relationship and that feeling of when you look back on a relationship at it’s end, how things often look better in hindsight. The good times become better. You yearn for them. You forget the bad stuff. The reasons you left. But in reality, everything must end.” The thought provoking lyrics and intricate instrumentals give a taste for their EP set to be released early 2017. Check out “Undergrowth” now!

Albums | Odd Mob Is Down For Love

Posted by on November 15, 2016

Odd Mob strikes back with a new single entitled “Down For Love” graced with newcomer Helen’s catchy vocals. This time, the duo comprised of Robbie and Harry delivers a track fusing Hip Hop and Future Bass. In fact, Odd Mob is constantly on the lookout for new sonorities to play around with, continually developing and growing their own sound. Would it be their 90’s throwback ‘Into You feat. Starley’, which dominated the ARIA club chart at #1 for a record 7 weeks, their Indian influenced track “Origin” or their bass heavy “Gassed Up”, Robbie and Harry are relentlessly experimenting with all of what music has to offer.

“We’re both huge fans of rap/hip-hop in general and basically started playing around with this old sampled drum beat. The whole track built itself around that in no time at all. It’s definitely one of our cleanest/tightest productions to date! We never set any boundaries when we hop in the studio so we’re always making stuff that sounds nothing like what we’ve made before. I mean, back in the day, songwriters only had access to a certain number of sounds, whether it be their guitar/drums or whatever analogue synth they happened to own. Nowadays we can literally use any sound in the whole world, so it just makes sense for us to always be making different music and experimenting with different sounds.” – Odd Mob

DO SOMETHING

Electronic | “Will You” by Litche is a track you need to listen to

Australian producer Litche, aka Sam Litchfield, is ready to share his new single “Will You” — a soft, mesmerising piece of electronica featuring the gorgeous vocals of Loui Abell. Litche says “This song came about when me and my friend Loui got together in June and had a jam in my bedroom studio, he came in and said that he had this vocal line stuck in his head, so we recorded some vocal ideas and some guitar riffs that Loui had, then began layering percussion samples and synths.” The organic process definitely shows in the track, as Litche has created a masterpiece. Though simple, all the elements shine through, making “Will You” a track you need to hear.

Chill | SAKIMA Creates New Chill Sound “All Your Secrets” That’s Hard Not To Love

Posted by on November 10, 2016

If you love Moving castle, you will love what SAKIMA has thrown together. “All Your Secrets” takes forward thinking, chill-meets-r&b music, and smashes it together with some vocals that completely satisfies. Let’s just say SAKIMA in now on my radar. The flow and smoothness on this one is truly undeniable.

One element that impresses me is that SAKIMA has, in fact, worked with AOBeats, a Moving Castle founding member and a rising start within the niche (and beyond,) before releasing this single. Point being, this dude has undiscovered talent waiting to be harnessed and noticed.

The label, Manifesto, is a perfect fit for the sound, carrying signature musical elements within that I could easily see dance music lovers latching onto. Manifeso, SAKIMA, and “All Your Secrets” clearly pair together well. Click on the Sc link above for more info.

Last week Australian producer Golden Vessel released ‘Vines’, the fourth & final single off his 2016 debut ‘Before Sleep EP’ which features the candescent vocals of Melbourne songstress Woodes. This week we get to share an incredible remix of that track by producer Feki. Feki said, “I wanted to take the song, which was already so beautiful and ethereal, and push it to a completely new dimension without losing out on all the good stuff the original has to offer. Both Golden Vessel and Woodes are the homies so it made the whole remix process more enjoyable!” This remix is beautiful, combining the calming vibe of the original with an almost chill-future twist. Chill, House | Truth x Lies Forms Heart-Warming Remix Of “My Hands” by AYER

Posted by on November 6, 2016

From the vocals, to the deep house drop, to all the special effects that seemingly hit at just the right time: Truth x Lies have a ton right with this remix. From the first few seconds, a moment that includes a smooth fade and chimes rolling, “My Hands (Truth x Lies Remix)” takes off to be a tune you’ll quickly click “like” on.

Truth x Lies have around 5K followers on SoundCloud, they certainly made the right move when it came to the label they released “My Hands (Truth x Lies Remix)” on. Into The Wild Records boast 100K plays on nearly every release they have done, a feat that’s harder to achieve as SoundCloud makes the repost/exposure feature receive less and less reach. Into The Wild and Truth x Lies were a matach made in heaven here.
