This pair of Russian trios are not stopping their rise to prominence in EDM with countless singles and remixes made together and separately this year alone. Next year has the potential to be even bigger for these guys and it should be a pleasure to watch. Phantom has a big room feel with electro synths and a heavy drum progression, that will certainly send this one up the charts. Still not available on beatport in the US but it will be soon.

Weezy just put out this documentary, if you will, of him venting out about a variety of things. Wanye discusses the recent passing of Steve Jobs and from that goes on to wonder if people will remember him for his greatness when he dies. He than goes on to say how syrup is part of southern culture and goes on to explain his point of view on the drink in a very creative way to say the least. Regardless of your thoughts on Lil Wayne the video above is a good watch if you’re trying to kill some time on this Saturday afternoon.

Upcoming DJ/Producer/Mashup God 3LAU just dropped this little gem as a thank you to hitting 10k on Facebook. It’s tracks like these that truly show the talent in these kids, who would have thought such a simple edit/mesh to these two tracks could turn into such a sick track. We’ve been behind 3LAU since day one (literally) and can’t wait to continue to watch him grow.

As one of the first blogs ever to post Timeflies, we have had the gratifying opportunity to watch and aid in their growth. Over the past year, this duo comprised of producer Rob Resnick and Singer/Rapper Cal, have worked tirelessly in the pursuit of their passion. Their highly anticipated EP titled The Scotch Tape represents the culmination of months and months of hard work, and after your first listen I am convinced you will see why we are so excited about this project.
