Everytime I check up on Rockwell Knuckles he has something new, and today he released the “David Ruffin Theory,” a collaborative mixtape with Tef Poe, and you shouldn’t sleep on it. From being songwriters, lyricists, and entertainers, Rockwell and Tef can do it all, and showcase this on their project with witty hooks, dope flows, and epic beats. I’m still on my first play of the mixtape, and I’m loving it so far, ya’ll should check out the visuals for the lead single “Head Full Of Smoke.” I sincerely hope we see more of these 2 in 2014, they deserve it, only a matter of time till they get a radio hit! Folks, forget anything you were listening to these past days, Duke Dumont’s latest single featuring Jax Jones “I Got You” premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC radio show, will make you forget all of that. This is the track of 2013, and 2014 in my opinion. You might know the Grammy nominated Duke Dumont through his hit record “Need You (100%) ” that made its way around the dance world, and notably by the remix produced by NYC based producer Dave Edwards which made it to #1 on the Hypem chart, and this follow up single let’s us know that Mr. Dumont is here to stay, so get familiar! I shit you not, I’ve had this record on repeat ever since I’ve heard it, but hey it’s my birthday today, so I do what I wanna! This is a must listen!

Just a few months ago the public caught a little snippet of this Hip-Hop gem and today we get our first class glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming A$AP Mob album. A$AP Nast teams up with Wu-Tang legend Method Man on this 90s vibed, soon to be Hip-Hop classic. I have my fingers crossed that this song is a great reflection of the new album. A$AP Mob’s album drops March 4th, 2014.

Dzeko and Torres said two days ago on Facebook that if their status got 2000 likes, then they will release a new remix today. That status did not get 2000 likes but here we are, with a new remix. We can ignore the fact that they may or may not be massive liars because they consistently put out quality tracks, usually with an occasional free download every once in a while. Their latest is a remix of Imagine Dragons’ “Demon” and it has that upbeat sound with a catchy melody that is synonymous with all of their productions.
