Chill | A&G Return With Chill Cover of Drake’s “Too Good”
Posted by VMan on November 15, 2016
I remember A&G back in the day, this duo slayed it with their catchy powerful house remixes that still give me nostalgia chills to this day. I was curious about what happened to them, they sort off fell off the map, but now are back – so what happened in-between?
Sadly one of the brothers received the news that cancer was found, so a more than expected break was taken as they figured out what they both should do next.
The battle is still on, but dance music is more important to these two, A&G have dropped their first release since then, a remix of Drake”s “Too Good” a chill remix that fits with the times and is definitely fire.
Future House | Teddy Rose’s “Infuse” Keeping Future House Relevant
Posted by VMan on October 5, 2016
I’ve sort of moved on to acts like Malaa or kind of found future house saturated as of late. But “Infuse” brings the spirit of the genre back into full-swing. Teddy Rose, based out of San Diego, focuses mostly on a future house sound, but just as bits of the genres shift over time (like any genre naturally), he stays with the times, putting his own innovations on the tune.
Teddy Rose is onto something for sure, if he begins networking strongly with others in his genre niche as well as got his tunes in the right hands, Teddy could quite possibly make it to the next level.
If you are in the SoCal area, try to catch Teddy Rose live and experience his world brought to it’s full potential.
Trap | Marvin Gaye – Let’s Get It On (Jimmy Q Remix)

The 19 year old New York producer that goes by the name of Jimmy Q remixed Marvin Gaye’ sensual “Let’s Get It On” by chopping it up, layering it with a trap beat, and including a subtle sample of Nas’ “Nas Is Like” all for your listening pleasure. If you’re into classics being revisited to be more in tune with the sound of the times, this one’s all you! I honestly couldn’t even tag a genre for this remix, it’s a mix between tech-house, trap and old school hip hop instrumentals. Either way, this is a must listen and a must download!

Bass, Electronic, Mix | OWSLA After Dark Pt.II: Kill The Noise
Posted by J-Tiffy on September 4, 2013
So I’m on a Kill The Noise kick, but can you blame me? He dropped his remix EP and then BOOM he unleashes this huge mix. I think Kill The Noise is an amazing artist and I’m such a huge fan of his music, but I might be an even bigger fan of his mixes. His song choices, arrangement, and transitions are always progressive and spot on. This is an hour of powerful music; it’s heavy, it’s excellently mixed, and best of all, it’s Fresh.
I’ve included Part 1 of OWSLA’s After Dark series; another bass filled mix by Jack Beats, which is also great. You can catch upcoming mixes from this series live on BBC 1Xtra. The times, dates and artists are listed on the Souncloud page I’ve linked. Here’s hoping they keep the wicked mixes coming.
