The homie ScrewloopZ posted this on his Facebook today, out of curiosity I checked it out and I’m very glad I did. I’ve literally been praying for a track that would blow me away, as there’s nothing more enjoyably then discovering a great tune from someone who’s not getting the attention they deserve and “Mile High” does it for me. This is a great tune from the producer based out of Denver, who’s been doing his thing, opening for DJs of the such Borgore, Kill Paris, Hyper Crush, and more, slowly gathering a following, and doing what he should be doing: perfecting his sound. Congrats ScrewloopZ I believe “Mile High” might take flight for you! This is a must listen and a must download!

Albums, Drum & Bass, Progressive House, Review | Mat Zo – Damage Control (Album Review)
Posted by Middy on November 11, 2013
We have seen some incredible albums this year in dance music. From Daft Punk’s “Random Access Memories” to Andrew Bayer’s “If It Were You, We’d Never Leave” to Disclosure, Pretty Lights, BT, Feed Me, Avicii, Kaskade, Gesaffelstein and Sub Focus’s albums, this year has seen the resurgence of the full length LP. You can now add Mat Zo’s “Damage Control” to that list of stunning albums.
Dubstep, Progressive House, Trance | Krewella – Live For The Night (Remixes)
Posted by Middy on November 8, 2013
Sony and Interscope are dueling for the best remix package this week. Zedd’s “Stay The Night” vs Sony’s (Columbia), “Live For The Night” makes for some big names and great remixes. W&W don’t get enough credit. The sound they help bring into the mainstream has become a bit overused, but they were the ones who popularized it. There are thousands of imitators, but only one W&W and this remix shows that once again. Dash Berlin molds their anthemic trance sound to the track, keeping it accessible, while still remaining true to their current direction. Deniz Koyu & Danny Avila add a somewhat cheesy progressive remix to the bunch, which is very disappointing for Deniz Koyu and you know Avila’s deal. Krewella also remain in genre by tabbing Pegboard Nerds and Xilent to switch things up on the track.
Chill, Trap | Le Moti – Drippy
Posted by BP on October 28, 2013
This track is exactly what it’s title says – drippy. “Drippy” by Le Moti is a chill original track featuring trap beats and sound effects underneath a trippy serene melody. Le Moti is made of two cool guys from Philadelphia who know who know how to make your ears melt. This commendable track is free to download if it’s your style!
Progressive House | Sub Focus – Turn Back Time (Steerner Bootleg)
Posted by Mel on October 25, 2013
When I’m waiting for the video to load or am just not pleased with what I’m coming across that day I’ll usually take a 5 minute break to collect myself, maybe drink a pineapple smoothie or something and then see if anything good had been uploaded to Soundcloud since I last checked it 10 minutes ago. Today there was, and it was actually exceptionally good. Practically every track Steerner releases is amazing and this one is no different. A remix of Sub Focus’ “Turn Back Time” is what his latest work is and it has that high energy, upbeat sound that is synonymous with all his productions. It’s free so, as if you didn’t already know, it’s a must listen and must download!!!
Interviews | FreshNewTracks Sits Down With….PropaneLv
Posted by BIGLIFE on October 24, 2013
Portland’s PropaneLv is on the rise. His “Varsity Blues” project has taken the blogosphere by storm, and he’s on a meteoric rise. We sat down with the budding hip-hop sensation to talk “Varsity Blues”, money, and who his four wives would be if he were a polygamist.
1. Who is PropaneLv?
I think he’s still just a guy trying to find his path in life. I’ve always felt a little off and I still can’t escape that feeling. When making music I feel at home, but everything outside of that still hasn’t come together for me.
