Review | Jabra Revo Wireless Headphones

I recently got hit up by Sumpto (an awesome college rewards site – all college students out there should check it out!) to try out the new Jabra Wireless Revo Headphones. If I’m in the car, walking around campus, studying or just hanging out at home I am constantly listening to music. One problem I often run into with my current over-the-ear noise canceling headphones is the wires are always get in way, so I was very excited to try these wireless noise-canceling headphones. I received them from the company a few days ago and I have never fallen in love with headphones more than these. I have had these on all day and they are the perfect everyday headphone usage, providing top-notch sound quality and great noise canceling. They are an over-the-ear headphone and easily one of the most comfortable pairs I’ve ever put on. They have a very slim design and are not too bulky on your head so you can definitely rock these on campus and not stick out (unlike other headphones). The bluetooth sound quality is very good and as a sound quality geek, this was very important to me. Most wireless headphones sacrifice a lot of sound quality but the Jabra Wireless Revo headphones provide top notch sound quality. Caliber Music has had a few quality releases now in addition to Kursa’s new “SDBN” EP. Disprove shows off his funky bass skills, taking you on a wild ride. His style makes me think of older KOAN Sound tracks, with a heavy bass and a synth that sounds like a heavily plucked guitar. This remix is set to release with a remix from Spwee on August 24th.

Words do not justice Madeon’s tracks or his ability as a producer. This is Madeon’s first release in close to a year and he still remains as relevant as he has ever been, proving that quality music always trumps pushing out mediocre releases at a high rate. He will always surprise you with his ability to combine sounds in innovative ways and make something that will stand out in the crowd. Just know this is Madeon and he is one of the best.

I am not surprised to present to you a fantastic Skrux remix today. His remixes are always quality. In this remix of “The Fire,” he did a great job of making sure the vocals got to shine, and still making it his own. The synth in the drop(s) is on point, and the track is very smooth overall. Heavy, but smooth. A lovely combination for dubstep. This remix is free to download from Facebook!

D!RTY AUD!O is back with another free release for you guys, this time coming as an official remix for Ying Yang Twins. Surprisingly I haven’t become too tired of trap yet and it’s finally becoming better in quality with its high demand. This track has some unique features that separate it from the rest in my opinion. The little growlish sounds in the beginning was a unique taste I hadn’t seen before in trap, along with addicting and bouncy melody. It seems as though D!RTY AUD!O has been grinding it out consistently in the studio lately so be prepared for some more releases coming from him soon.
