So this track came out of absolutely NO WHERE. My jaw hit the floor when I saw Armin tweet this preview and I have yet to pick it up after hearing it. This is pure unabated trance that we saw from Arty from his Alpha 9 days and sprinkled in after. Bask in the pure bliss of this track and get ready for its release on February 14th as a part of the 10 edition of A State Of Trance compilation. Speaking of said compilation, the tracklist was released today and it is monstrous. With new tracks from Armin & W&W (what?!), JOC, BT, Gaia, Heatbeat, Andrew Rayel, Omnia, Aly & Fila and many more, this will be a must have for any trance fan. At first I was a bit skeptical of how this remix would turn out because I am a big fan of the original, but upon hearing the remix in full, my doubts were alleviated. Topher Jones keeps the same trancey build from the original with the recognizable vocal sample that gives this track its unique quality, while giving it an extra jolt of energy, bringing it to any set and any stage with a powerful, churning electro drop. Tritonal is group going through new beginnings with the rebranding of their “Air Up There” podcast to “Tritonia” that you need to keep your eyes peeled on this year and also be on the look out for a remix competition for Topher Jones’ “Brohammer”, which official remixes by Nari & Milani & Ken Loi were the staples of festival sets for months.

After taking a few weeks hiatus, Sev and I can finally bring back R Rated. Kicking off our return is this insane remix from KhemehK. It’s unbelievable how much different kinds of bass were used coherently. Definitely one of nastiest tracks I have heard in weeks. No word on its release yet, but this full preview is worth getting into.
Hugs&Drugs dropped this tight preview tonight. It is some seriously grimy Dubstep. No release date yet, considering this is still a work in progress.
I have been listening to this preview for days now. Cyrex has done an awesome job on this remix so far. Not may people remix Kill The Noise’s older tracks, so it is pretty cool to see someone like Cyrex to take one on. Track is currently a work in progress.
Dino Safari did something I would have never expected from them, they just never crossed my mind as a group to produce something as deep as this. No release date yet, but I’m adding to my must have list.
I was actually disappointed in the lack of dirty tracks for this post, feels like everything I checked out was a preview and nothing to download. Eliminate was the only exception really and the Fytch & KushBerry remix is just way too good to pass on, seriously, you have to check it out.

Well, happy effing Wednesday. Bassnectar may be off the grid at the moment, but we’ve still got an exciting preview of what to expect from him next month. In the midst of all the blowout shows he treated fans to at the end of 2012, it seems he managed to find time to polish off a monster remix of Underworld’s 1994 tech-trance epic “Rez”. If you’re a fan of Lorin’s explosive, mind-melting soundscapes, heady builds, ferocious low-end bass and unparalleled usage of drums, you’ll be all over his treatment of this track — it’s a slow, spacey journey through many of his trademark sounds. Look for it to drop bass in your face on February 12th.

I am going out on limb here, 2013 is going to be a great year for the Pegboard Nerds. They have been releasing nothing but straight fire and I believe their streak will continue. Though sadly short, this preview still reflects the pro level they are producing at. No word yet on the tracks release, but it will be awesome.

TuneCeeDUBSTEP is an up coming producer out of Germany, who isn’t too well known in the scene yet. About a week ago I caught a glimpse of this track’s preview floating around Soundcloud and I knew we had to get him to finish and release this monstrous remix and the only way we could is if we put some support behind him. He was able to finish this Midtempo/Dubstep track and it sounds heavier then ever. Keeping the grime feel that Foreign Beggar’s vocals bring, he spun this track into something unique and different than the usual growls most artist like to incorporate. Not to mention the different combinations of the variety of sounds.

It seems we have one more hot preview to premiere before the release of “The Shady Bunch” compilation EP tomorrow from Circus Records, featuring tracks from Doctor P, Flux Pavilion, Roksonix, Funtcase, Cookie Monsta’, and many more. Roksonix has been on an absolute roll this past year. They finally had released their fire remix of Nero’s “Me & You” and their new “Dog FIght” EP has been a great success. Roksonix has the fight in them to reach the top and “Ready To Rumble” is just more proof that they are here to stay and continually make an impact on the industry.
