This remix makes me feel like I am partying in the Caribbean on spring break in the 80s. The synth progression is incredible, I really love the work Pleather did with this remix. The vocals are edited nicely, giving them that soothing House feel. Kick back and enjoy.

In stark contrast to the original version of the track, Pleather comes through with a unique and smooth take on Stafford Brothers’s Cash Money single “Hello”. Switching gears from the original, the remix feels more like an 80s love ballad than a club anthem. In my opinion, the production fits the vocals of Christina Milian and Lil Wayne even better than the original. The 80s are alive and well, and Pleather is making sure it stays that way. Formerly 1/2 of the progressive house duo “Hujje” Josh Rosenholtz’s new project brings the same detailed melodic style we came to expect from hujje, and presents in a totally different way. His first offering is an entry into one of this month’s Beatport remix competitions. He transforms Lindstrøm’s “Vos-Sako-Rv” into a heavily 80s electro inspired piece with noticeable elements of house and nu disco as well.
