Four months after Slander drops their iconic track “Breathe”, the duo follows up with a euphoric remix of Kill The Noise’s “Kill It 4 The Kids.” The track is introduced by a beautifully reminiscent piano bit, which quickly transforms into an empowered build-up. Chopped vocals accompanied by a familiar lead in the background drive up the energy of this track leading into a drop that can only be described as “Dirty.” Slander has proven once again that they have become a master of high-energy production… and with this latest remix, they don’t disappoint.

“For this song we wanted to create a dynamic piece with a subtle intro building up into the heavier side of our style. We hope you guys enjoy it! Massive thank you to Kill The Noise and OWSLA for this opportunity.” – Slander

It’s no shocker that Felix Jaehn is a mastermind in the tropical house genre. The German producer became instantly famous when he released his reggae, pop-infused remix of OMI’s “Cheerleader” last summer, which skyrocketed to the #1 spot on iTunes charts in over 55 countries. Suddenly bestowed with a huge international fan base, Felix was prepared to maintain that energy by showing off his musical dynamism by working with some of most talented producers and artists in the industry. Just last month, his pop-infused single “Can’t Go Home” with powerhouse artists Steve Aoki and Adam Lambert demonstrated the 21-year-old producer’s effortless ability to cross through genres and step outside his comfort zone.

Now, Felix Jaehn returns to once again surprise us with another genre-defying gem. His newest track “Cut The Cord” with Berlin-based producer Hitimpulse is a bouncy, evocative tune that highlights a fusion of rolling piano scales, thick synths, and a punching breakbeat rhythm.

From the artist: “I loved Nancie’s tone, strength and melodic runs, so I knew we could create something special together” – and they seriously did just that. “Stars”. Husky’s chilled piano chords and Official Nancie’s vocals work together perfectly, creating something that is great for the dance floor as well as a day out on the beach. Jasper Dietze may only have a few records to his name, but it seems like the up-and-coming star gets better with each and every release. After dazzling the dance music community with his sun-kissed take on Kygo’s “Firestone” last year, the dance newcomer has garnered an impressive following with his accessible, evocative take on deep house that borrows elements from tropical house and pop. For his most recent effort, Dietze enlists Aaron Richards to flip The Weeknd’s “In the Night” on its head, turning it into a slowed-down deep house anthem that truly showcases the Dutch DJ’s talents. Dietze lays down a bed of luscious piano melodies intricately woven with deep synth arrangements and a pulsating bassline.
