Pegboard Nerds are always releasing progressive house electro bangers to rage to, and “Here It Comes” is no different, reminiscent of my days out in Southern France, near the Spanish border, listening to melodic macina music: epic and hard; so if you’re just waking up, pour yourself some coffee, press play and get yourself inspired! Out via Monstercat, “Here It Comes” is a must listen and support by copping it on Beatport!

Pegboard Nerds and Elizaveta provided the music for the latest viral video of Superman using a Go-Pro with their hit record “Hero,” making it onto YouTube and Reddit’s home page. If this is your first time hearing Pegboard Nerds, get with the program, these guys are going places. Having heard their set at Life in Color in Denver, Colorado just 2 weeks ago, I’m sold, their energy is unprecedented , and they make epic huge productions that just hit. This is a must listen by far!

Pegboard Nerds, the production duo from Norway, drop a heavy electro-bass trap influenced record “Bassline Kickin'” that’s going to get you going. If you’re enjoying that Saturday morning hang over get ready to be smacked in the face, or better yet kicked in the face by this bassline, no pun intended. The duo will be going on tour in the US & Canada starting in February all the way through May, and you can check out their tour dates on their SoundCloud . The track is currently available on Beatport, so support, and DJs you’re going to want to include this one in you’re set! This is a must download and a must listen!

Dubstep, Progressive House, Trance | Krewella – Live For The Night (Remixes)
Posted by Middy on November 8, 2013
Sony and Interscope are dueling for the best remix package this week. Zedd’s “Stay The Night” vs Sony’s (Columbia), “Live For The Night” makes for some big names and great remixes. W&W don’t get enough credit. The sound they help bring into the mainstream has become a bit overused, but they were the ones who popularized it. There are thousands of imitators, but only one W&W and this remix shows that once again. Dash Berlin molds their anthemic trance sound to the track, keeping it accessible, while still remaining true to their current direction. Deniz Koyu & Danny Avila add a somewhat cheesy progressive remix to the bunch, which is very disappointing for Deniz Koyu and you know Avila’s deal. Krewella also remain in genre by tabbing Pegboard Nerds and Xilent to switch things up on the track.
Bass, Dubstep, Moombahton | Pegboard Nerds & Tristam – Razor Sharp

When looking for amazing melodies and production, look no further than Pegboard Nerds. Having teamed up with the rising star Tristam and the guys over at Monstercat to release this amazing Mid-tempo track, there is no stoping them. Their tracks are so unique and well produced its hard not to be addicted to their style and aggressiveness. Approaching almost the halfway point in the year, if I were to say there is one artist to look out for in 2013 it is undoubtedly the Pegboard Nerds. Nothing but quality comes from this duo and it is all inspiring work.
